I woke up early today, but wasn't hungry, so water only.
I love being retired! If you're not hungry, don't eat. You don't have to worry "will I be hungry at 10 am and wish I had eaten breakfast? If I eat, will I be miserably full all morning? " just go with the flow.1 -
Coffee with almond creamer and chocolate peanut butter chia seed pudding with granola. Dr told me to up my fibre and reduce my saturated fat. Good ol' familial high cholesterol got me.1

Couldn't sleep. Nothing in the fridge. So at 3:30 am went to McDonald's for a double cheeseburger. Paying for it bigtime! I hope I remember to never do that again.2

Coffee ☕️ cream/sugar ... I'll probably have an avocado toast in a bit..and another cup of coffee.1

I am learning to eat sugar free Greek yoghurt. It’s been a challenge. Adding walnuts, berries, hemp hearts and chia seeds. Keeps me full until lunch. Weekends it’s all about avocado toast on keto bread. A cup of mushroom coffee daily too.1

pb on toast, chocolate protein whey powder in coffee
? what's the deal with avocado toast? slices, smashed, as guac, is it good? Have used guac as a spread but not as a single topping in lieu of butter, jam or whatnot.
--might try it, our store has avocados on sale this week.2 -
Whataburger just opened today! And it's 24 hour. No more mcdonald's at 3am.
I had biscuits and gravy and coffee. Very good! Came home and entered it in MFP. That may be my last trip to Whataburger. The macros were awful. But the biscuits and gravy were good!2 -

Never had avocado toast, but of course I've heard the hype. I think the avocado is used as a spread, then it's topped with tomato, onion, etc. Just doesn't appeal to me.0 -
Just coffee this morning!☕️
My daughter has been wanting avocado toast every morning so I usually just make one for me,as well.😋
I switch it up..sometimes I mash it and spread it on lightly buttered toast and sometimes if the avocado looks really good just thinly slice it on top..always just sprinkle a bit of salt and it's good to go!
Avocado is in season, right now, and I'll buy 4-5 per week for about $5.3 -
*btw, when I eat avocado every day, there's a noticeable difference in my skin! It looks healthier, less dry.5

If you like avocado, give a try. I like to top mine with an egg. I prefer runny and fork & knife it.1 -

I can imagine that as yummy. When we headed to a national park in the 70s, we stopped at a small town omelette restaurant, ordered turkey cheese omelette topped with sour cream and avocado; my first avocado encounter. Egg over avocado on toast makes sense. Those were the days also when Cobb salad emerged as all the rage too. What often begins as trendy endures... will try avocados this week in a variety of ways. Thank you for the shares. Appreciated2 -
5 scrambled eggs, amish butter, 180g of chicken liver, pink Himalayan salt and black pepper3
