    5/29 179.2 at 2am. Insert pathetic whining post about how terrible this headcold is. Iโ€™m feeding my cold and got no exercise or activity yesterday.
    Hoping I can snooze a bit upright on the couch. Itโ€™s another busy week so Iโ€™m going to have to dig deep and motivate myself into a positive attitude. Lots of meds!!!!

    @Skyleen75 I hope you will recover soon and feel better. Don't forget to give yourself extra water and rest.

    05/28 -187.2- (Trend weight 186.4) I had the family BBQ on Sunday for the Holiday and then went out-of-town shopping on Monday. Iโ€™m up 2.6 lbs from the weekend which really doesnโ€™t surprise me since itโ€™s been nothing but a food fest. I did not even get to post yesterday until almost 11:00 at night! Back on track today. I am going to try sticking to mainly liquids today with just one meal later tonight. If I donโ€™t eat until about 9:00 I may be able to get by with no snacks even though I stay up pretty late. A day of liquids is not something I normally do but I really want to restrict calories today, just for the day. I would like to get rid of the bloat and as much of the 2.6 as I possibly can. What a morale booster that would be!
