I'm Crystal! I am still aiming for 1260 calories/day, around 100 carbs or less, low sugar and high protein. Plan to exercise daily when I'm not away.

RND 261 Home from vacation and not tracking for almost a week. Was nice but I'm looking forward to getting back to tracking, eating healthy and getting the weight back off.

5/27 169.5 This number isn't as bad as I expected. I did do a lot of walking while we were at the beach but there was also alcohol, pizza and junk food involved. While vacation at the beach is always amazing, I'm glad to be back and to get on a routine.
5/28 167.3 😄 Great day yesterday. I did have pasta last night so I didn't expect the bigger drop, but I also peed allll day.
5/29 167.5 Ate a bag of microwave popcorn with extra salt last night watching a movie with the kids. Should have skipped the popcorn but oh well. We are supposed to take the boat out to the lake and go fishing this afternoon. Hubby worked last night and came home this morning not feeling well, so we shall see what he feels like when he wakes up.

@_JeffreyD_ LOL Mr. Kravitz I would probably have done the same thing. When a friend had a hot tub installed several years ago, I drove over to watch the huge crane lift it from the flatbed, swing it over the house and deposit it in the backyard. Amazing!

@fmfdfa2020 and @Skyleen75 This “conversation” about salt is interesting. I use salted butter on my popcorn and cooked vegetables and add salt at the table, I also usually salt my meat. Never salted watermelon or other fruit. My husband is the opposite he salts popcorn and watermelon and pretty much nothing else. He’s had kidney stones on several occasions, I never have. It’s interesting to me how different bodies react so differently. I often wonder if researchers look for commonalities in those who don’t fit the “norm.”

    Comments pertain to previous day

    SW RND 261 133.5
5/26 133.0 Great Greek yesterday with local grand children (all in their 20’s except DGGS) since their mom and dad are in the Bahamas for a well deserved vacation. Today a housewarming at the new home of our blind friend and his daughter. Tomorrow a Memorial Day community picnic.
5/27 134.0 I’m fine with that. Memorial Day community picnic this evening. Pulled pork(?) in SUPER SWEET sauce, “salad” was iceberg lettuce. All in all it was a pretty disappointing meal. Two adult beverages.
5/28 135.0 OOPS! I seem to have not posted.
5/29 134.5 Getting eating under control again.

@judefit1 - my heart goes out to you and your brother, take all the precious time together you can and bank those memories. Hoping that there is a miracle for him and that the treatment works rather than make existing health issues worse. Sending you all comforting hugs 🤗🤗xx

    1. Eat within calorie goals
    2. Get a walk in every day
    3. Drink water
    4. Stay positive

    SW 5/25 206.6

5/26 205.6 Trying to be better this round.

5/27 206.6 Staying up way too late and had a lot of snacking. Seven weeks until knee replacement surgery so I need to get serious and stay focused.

5/28 205.6 I'm a little skeptical about this number but I will certainly take it. I did a lot of walking yesterday and hope to do it again today. I also did better yesterday with staying reasonably close to my calorie goal. Water was still a little shy of that goal.

    5/29 206 Yo yo. Sigh
