We tried a new breakfast place. I had 2 eggs, scrambled, half of a large chicken and pork smoked breakfast sausage and 4 or 5 bites of what they called "dressed greens" which was oil and vinegar on room temp romaine lettuce, lol1

oatmeal - 1/2 cup of steel oats, 1 tsp of truvia brown sugar, and half of a small apple chopped for topping, oh and a black coffee with a splash of protein milk.1

Kodiak cakes dark chocolate pancake with a bit of butter and low cal pancake syrup.3

Hungry today and appointment at noon, so knew I'd have a late lunch.
Dunkin egg and cheese wake up wrap, mini bagel bites (I think they're huge. Kinda like jumbo shrimp).
Coffee with milk. Cool and sprinkles this morning. 😎1 -

Yesterday I made a hash with leftover baked potato and steak and topped it with 2 eggs.
Today it will be oatmeal with banana, blueberry, and peanut butter.1 -

Today I had an egg burrito and pico. Yummy.0

I fasted from 5:15 last night until until 11:30 this morning. I then opened my eating window with a large salad of romaine, red onion, cherry tomatoes, cucumber, a few croutons, rotisserie chicken for the protein and I use Bolthouse Farms salad dressing because it is yogurt based and only 30 cal per tbsp.2
