  • 0800: greek yogurt with chia seeds (I let it soak up for an hour) with sliced almonds, 1/2 cup of rasberries, 1/2 of a banana (sliced), drizzle of organic raw honey for sweetness, colombian coffee, hazelnut creamer, and organic brown sugar; Total cal: 506.
