I am on the elimination diet at the minute, first week in. My breakfast was:
40g Quinoa flakes with150 ml Water
Toppings:
30g strawberries
7 x blueberries (my scales ran out of battery at precisely the wrong time XD)
V.low calories.
But also v. Low happiness & flavour. Full though!

I try to eat around 100 grams of protein a day and stay in caloric deficit, all that being a pescatarian... It's not easy to meet the macros ratio and the calories intake
And a double espresso wuth 60 ml milk 1.5% fat1 -

It varies. Yesterday I made a fruit and yogurt parfait. 1/4 cup plain fat free Greek yogurt, 1/4 frozen fruit, and 1/4 cup of organic high protein granola (Aldi brand). Today Am having a cup of Raisin Bran w 1/2 cup fat free milk and coffee w chocolate vital proteins and fat free reddi whip1

A sausage,gravy, biscuit and egg white bake. Meal prep will last 6 meals and it was fantastic!2
