Had good stuff in the fridge, but I needed my Dunkin fix, so another happy mistake. They put bacon on my egg and cheese wrap. I love bacon! Mini bagel bites. Coffee with milk.0

I had a chicken leg, half a cup of cottage cheese, a few raspberries, blackberries and blueberries.2

Sandwich thin, hamburger patty, spicy guacamole, then still hungry, so toast and peanut butter crackers.
Yes, it's because I haven't eaten enough the day before. It's so hot and with yard work, water aerobics and PT, I'm just too hot and tired to eat. But I've got to stop this!2 -
@Corina1143 - i get that in the super hot times as well. Appetite returns after house cools off. Cool showers, cool drinks, cold foods/cold soups helped.

Avocado toast later-just purchased another bag.
Hot and humid, here, lately. I tend to lose my appetite and drink and extra 500 calories per day in sweet tea.😅0 -
Brunch -- tortilla, eggs, beans, guacamole and roasted potatoes with a little tea and a lot of ice.2

3 cups of coffee with creamer (one with sugar)
2 rice cakes with avocado and over easy eggs
1 honeycrisp apple
1 bag of steamed broccoli
mixed nuts

Dunkin omelet bites. Can't recommend them. Was still hungry after.

My usual for months has been 3 lite toast with peanut butter but I need to slow down on the amount of peanut butter. My dog is not happy.1 -

I had a smoothie in my nutribullet with apple, carrot, apple pie flavoured protein powder and collagen. One cup of instant coffee with a little bit of skim milk and sugar. I think i will have oatmeal and protein powder tomorrow though0
