    cold brew coffee from home and oatmeal made with oats, sliced strawberries, pinch of truvia brown sugar, and a spoon of peanut butter.

    Yesterday I made a hash with leftover baked potato and steak and topped it with 2 eggs.

    Today it will be oatmeal with banana, blueberry, and peanut butter.

    Was it breakfast? Brunch? About 11. Tortilla topped with scrambled eggs, guacamole, cheese, some celery. Gonna have an apple soon.

    I fasted from 5:15 last night until until 11:30 this morning. I then opened my eating window with a large salad of romaine, red onion, cherry tomatoes, cucumber, a few croutons, rotisserie chicken for the protein and I use Bolthouse Farms salad dressing because it is yogurt based and only 30 cal per tbsp.

    Had good stuff in the fridge, but I needed my Dunkin fix, so another happy mistake. They put bacon on my egg and cheese wrap. I love bacon! Mini bagel bites. Coffee with milk.

    Am I seeing a very bad habit starting here?

    Sandwich thin, hamburger patty, spicy guacamole, then still hungry, so toast and peanut butter crackers.

    Yes, it's because I haven't eaten enough the day before. It's so hot and with yard work, water aerobics and PT, I'm just too hot and tired to eat. But I've got to stop this!

    @Corina1143 - i get that in the super hot times as well. Appetite returns after house cools off. Cool showers, cool drinks, cold foods/cold soups helped.

    Crawl in fridge to dine... j/k :D

    Avocado toast later-just purchased another bag.
    Hot and humid, here, lately. I tend to lose my appetite and drink and extra 500 calories per day in sweet tea.😅
