WOMEN AGES 50+ FOR JUNE 2024

Good morning, all...
Up super early, but I think this is going to just be part of how I adjust to my world on this medication, so I just need to take advantage of the cool hours and do what I can when I can. I ended up with nearly 9 hours sleep combined yesterday - and can feel it behind my eyes.
Organ Recital:Eyes are organs, right? The feeling behind my eyes could also be because I'm finally pushing myself to adjust to the new glasses I got back in January from the VA. I just never let myself get used to them, letting the small differences in alignment from my previous pair bother me. Kept going back to my old ones in annoyance, instead of just soldiering on. 🤓
Wore the "new" ones nearly six hours straight yesterday, and will probably be fine in a day or two. My old pair are more than two years old, and are so beat up and scratched up I can barely see out of them! The differences are just things like how far my laptop is from my eyes, and so on. Adjustments, not major changes.
Regarding the sleeping - 🛌🏻💤😴 all the tests are in, and my total thyroid tests and iron tests are in great shape, so I have to pin the constant fatigue on the Skyrizi. Since I'm not giving up the medication, then it's time for me to get over it and figure out how to build my life around sleeping more, as well.
I can adjust to napping... and my life is coming back, slowly, slowly. Less urgency, less blood, more dry nights (and naps!), fewer trips to the bathroom (avg is around 11 per day instead of 20+). I'm not good with incremental, but I'm good with success, and at three months in, I'm seeing real changes. Fingers crossed it gets me back to something resembling normal, if I can remember what that is!
One of the questions I'll have to ask the gastro tomorrow is whether or not this is a lifelong medication, or if I come off it someday. As hard as I've tried not to hope, I feel I can finally hope that the Crohn's might give me a reprieve because of it. 😁
Corey's up and staggering through his morning routines - the boy does NOT like waking up early, which is unfortunate when you have to get up at 4:40 a.m. every morning to get to work on time. Bless him, he likes the work, just not the hours.
On my second cup of tea - enjoying the change from coffee, and my stomach allows more than one cup, which is nice. I get nauseated if I try to drink a second cup of coffee. Plus these days, I have to drink my coffee as iced coffee, or even one cup makes me urpy. I'll have to order some more tea - what I'm drinking is PG Tips that are two years old...
Hope it's a good day for all,
Love,
Lisa in AR7 -
Good Thursday.
It is hard to type with two purring kittens on your lap! They want to play with the keys and screen. I love all the new kitties on here!
Michele Sorry about your friend but glad you got to talk with her.
It has been a strange week. SIL took off this week. I told her she needed to GO do something! She didn't have to go far, but even book a spa day or something. She really could use the courage you all share! She has no friends which is sad. She has only ever talked of two friends. One died years ago. The other cheated with SIL's now ex. She really needs to do something besides work and puttering around the house-IMHO.
AITA- She (SIL) has been prolapsed for the past year. She finally decides to go to doctor. For framework, I try to schedule major surgeries in winter when things are slow. She seems to always schedule in summer or just before we go on vacation. My sister is graduating with her Master's degree on August 9th. It has been on the calendar for 6 months that I will be gone 8th-10th. I am not missing my sister's graduation. This is important to her! I didn't get to go to her FIL's funeral because of work. I didn't get to go to nephews' weddings because of covid and work. I am not missing this. SIL calls and says she is scheduled for surgery on August 6th. Can't drive for 2 weeks, no lifting for 4 weeks. This meant I wouldn't be able to go to sister's. AFTER a very stressful night of no sleep and anxiety night before last, I made a decision. I went over yesterday morning and asked her to change her surgery date. SHE was not happy! I am sorry that MY family isn't anyone else's priority, but this isn't something that just popped up for her either. She has waited over a year to go to doctor for it. Her comment was that she was trying to time it around our vacation.....well ....she isn't suppose to lift anyway because of neck...and if she was concerned about our vacation, then schedule it after we get back. Anyway......now DH is mad that I asked her to change the date. I am leaving his **s home as school is not important to him and he would be bored. He thinks I am being selfish as SIL needs this surgery and it is just a graduation. So I trust you all.....am I being the **S? Her new surgery date is August 20th. I have asked for another employee at work to help at counter. SIL did bring in her GD who is learning and does an okay job, but she spends too much time back in office with SIL and rarely is there when SIL isn't . This too shall pass.
Really need to focus at work today. CPAP appointment tomorrow morning. I am proud of myself for speaking up about dates, now just dealing with the selfishness of DH's family. I know, I married it!
Gotta go get ready for work. Kitties are back off playing. New garage is under construction. Weight staying stable.

Good morning ladies!
(((Michele)))
Hugs for Barbie, too. You are being very brave.
I'm still waiting for this cough to go away. It's less severe this week. I still feel blah, no energy.
Well, I didn't do much yesterday except order more books. My current favorites are Laura Griffin, Toni Anderson and Allison Brennan. They write romantic suspense with female lead characters.
Today I need to call Easter Seals about caregiver help. I've been putting it off, but I will see the woman who recommended them this afternoon. So I need to make the call.
Dad goes to Bible Study and I go horseback riding today.
Have a great day! May you all be happy, healthy, safe and free!

Not the *kitten*!! I would have gone whether she changed it or not. If they can’t figure out a way to do it without you, they could close those couple of days.

Michele ~ Prayers for your friend and you.
Kylia ~ Good for you standing up for yourself. I totally understand one's spouse disregarding the other spouse's family.
Margaret ~ Sounds like you had a really pleasant lunch with your son.
Barbie ~ You are showing great courage with the planned dental extraction. I have had to have two done and the second one went a lot better because I was given laughing gas during the procedure.
I am in a great deal of pain with my bone on bone knee. Hopefully, I can get a replacement scheduled in the near future but it seems to take a lot of time and planning by the ortho and myself to get through it. I am using a cane and taking extra strength otc's in the meantime.

I guess one of the things I will miss about not having the newsfeed is that I’d check out people’s diary and sometimes get some good ideas. Oh well…
Michele NC
Fortunately we can still see people's diaries if we want. Only the newsfeed with all the auto-posts is gone. Everything else is still there.

Called my girlfriend in Switzerland. Soon she’ll probably be in a morphine-induced haze and I wanted to tell her that she’s special and will always have a special place in my heart. I honestly didn’t want to cry but I did. The last thing I said to her was “I love you. Good bye”.
Michele NC
I'm glad you were able to talk to her.

Morning all
Im in agonizing pain
Either a UTI or bladder infection and im doubled over in pain..no burning but severe pain in my pelvic region and lower back.. have an appointment with the dr at 11 am5 -
Lunch walk: 3.4 km.
25 flights of stairs up and 29 flights of stairs down.
Carried a never-ending stream of boxes. OK, the stream of boxes did end, but it seemed like there were a lot of them!
Making progress on our move.
Made progress on my database project at work.
Headache was giving me issues in the morning, but the walk at lunch was nice. The cool air seemed to help.
Fell asleep on the bus on the way home, as I often do, but I missed my stop this time! Fortunately, it was by only one stop.
On hunger ... I actually like feeling a little bit hungry, a little bit empty. It's nice not feeling stuffed with food. Most of the time, we will be OK if we feel a bit hungry for a while.
On sleep ... in an ideal world, I would get about 9-10 hours a night. Sadly, the world is not ideal. I am often struggling to stay awake so that I can do all the things I need to do. And of course, I often fall asleep if I don't have anything to do for a little while ... like on the bus. Strong coffee helps, but I can only manage a couple cups each day now.
On early stages of kidney disease (I'm somewhere in the stage 1-2 range), this is a good little pamphlet/brochure:
Nutrition and early-stage kidney disease
https://www.health.qld.gov.au/__data/assets/pdf_file/0021/146442/renal-ckd.pdf
Among other things, it says:
These are some general tips:
• Eat regular meals e.g. breakfast, lunch and dinner
• Eat a variety of foods from all the food groups - especially plant-based foods and wholegrains
• Aim for a colourful mix of fruit (2 servings a day) and vegetables (5 servings a day)
• Don’t eat too much protein (see further explanation in pdf link above)
• Use herbs and spices to flavour foods instead of salt
• Cook fresh as much as possible, and eat less unhealthy options such as ultraprocessed foods, takeaways, and soft drinks
This is a good guide for a healthy dinner plate:
This week I picked up gold kiwifruit, mandarins, and green nashi pears to eat for afternoon snacks.
Almost every day I have steamed mixed veggies at lunch and dinner.
I've been adding pepitas to my lunch for a little bit of extra protein. Since I eat very little protein, sometimes I think I might need a little extra.
I don't follow my macros very closely at all, but here's mine for today.
Machka in Oz4 -
Allie ... sorry you are in pain. Hope there is a quick solution.
Kylia ... you are not the *kitten*! Sheesh.
Weight ... I am 5'8" and considered myself fat at 155 when I was a teenager ... I am nowhere near 155 today! How our perspectives change.
Michele ... very sorry to hear that your friend is nearing the end... hugs.
Lanette ... both my husband and my son have sat with nutritional experts regarding pre-diabetes and type 2 diabetes. The information they both received, imo was incredibly outdated. Neither my husband nor son followed through with their recommendations. My husband lost about 35 pounds (which he needed to do) by getting more exercise and eating LESS carbs and brought his numbers back down. My son is currently working to lose weight and is using a food confusion/low to moderate carb approach. He needs to get his stress and eating times under control.
Margaret ... all good information you've been sharing.
Kelly ... what a scary thing to experience with one of your day care children!
Unexpected Expenses ... I hate financial surprises so I try to plan for them the best I can. While we have not been successful with this when we were younger, now that my husband and I are on a fixed income, we budget for everything. And I mean everything. A category for taxes, dental expenses (which is a big once since I have lousy teeth), medical expenses, pool costs, car maintenance, appliance replacements, etc. Anything I can see as being a potential financial problem, I've created a category and have a set amount of money we contribute each month. There might not be enough in each category to cover a multi-thousand dollar problem, but it would at least help.
The cochlear implant continues to be a success in my book. Hearing and recognizing new sounds weekly. I have a TV streamer that feeds the television sound directly to my processor. I haven't heard the tv in decades so some of it is quite funny to me and quite annoying as well as I'm sure you all experience!! I also have a "mini-mic" that can be clipped onto a companions collar or placed in the center of a restaurant table to get better clarity in crowded/noisy situations. This uses bluetooth like the TV streamer. Last night I clipped the mic on my husband and went to another part of the house (it has an 82 foot range) and asked him to talk to me. If he was intentional in his speech, I heard every word he said! So I'm developing good word discernment without lip reading ... my ultimate goal with the implant! We plan to use this in the car when traveling as road noise interferes greatly with my hearing.
The weight loss efforts are just stymied right now. My mom continues to wait for a better long term care facility and visiting her every day until she is somewhere where she'll get social stimulation is draining. It's an excuse, I know. I need to get more intentional about meal planning.
Have a great day!

Vicki Thank you!
Beth That was me in high school too! I remember not wanting to go to a reunion because I was 165. Now I am happy being in the low 160's and an inch shorter.
Learning each system in our body has its own unique microbiome. It reminds me of when they discovered the importance of DNA. Still so much to learn in how this affects our health in positive and negative ways. So much of our modern lifestyle seems to reduce our microbiome ecosystem.
The diet M suggests is a good place to start to encourage a healthier body
I am still sifting through the info out there to keep my mouth healthier. I do think the using a small piece of tape over my mouth to encourage nose breathing is helping. I do not wake up with a dry mouth. I have learned the importance of healthy saliva in preventing tooth decay and gum disease. I am also trying to remember to end my meals with food that helps reduce acid from the foods I eat. Right now I am taking a small sip of aloe juice or plain water if aloe is unavailable. Too much aloe juice can acts as a laxative. Also trying to follow Rebecca's advice of not being too aggressive when I brush. I still have all my teeth except my wisdom teeth.4 -

Kylia, I see lots of AHs in your family. You are not one of them.
Allie, hope you get some answers and relief for your pain.
Carol, good luck with the knee surgery. I need to get some more shots in my knees soon. I am trying to postpone surgery as long as I can.
Beth, I’m so happy you consider the cochlear implant a success. Prayers continue for a place to open up for your mom.
I kind of do miss the newsfeed, although I would forget to check it as often as not.
I am still working toward upping my protein while lowering my carbs. I’m shooting for 150 g of protein and 100 g of carbs, but right now I’m more at 125/125. It’s a baby step, which I still don’t meet as often as I’d like.

High School weight I was 120-125 at 5’5” in high school and through my 30’. At the end of my 30’s, I had to really fight to keep my weight below 130. In my 40’s divorce, new job, move, new husband all stressed me out and I at my stress up to 200. Did one diet called LA Weight Loss which got me back down to 150. Stopped that when I developed an allergy to soy protein and couldn’t eat their bars (which was how you lost the weight) and couldn’t do Slimfast (which is lived on in my 30’s) because of the soy protein. So gave up and put on a whole bunch more of weight back up to my all time high of 210 when I turned 60. Stress, moves, jobs, deaths, illnesses, just life had me eating my emotions. I got down to 147 doing Keto then started with the colitis and my egg allergy. Now at 68, I’m learning how to each right all over again and trying to lose 30 pounds to get back into the 150’s which seems to be my happy place. I am at 180 today so have a way to go. No diet bars!! (They trigger my colitis). Simply real food. It’s going, but very slowly. I am hoping to stay around 145-150 at some point before I get too old to care! I feel like if I don’t follow diet rules, my weight simply climbs and I give in to my sweets addiction. I really want to beat this. It’s like stopping alcohol for an alcoholic. Once they find a way to stop, if they don’t remind themselves of what happens when they drink every day, they go back to the alcohol. For me it is anything sweet and high carb. Logging really works for me. Helps me to stay honest and watch it. It get’s ‘old’ after a while, but something I must continue to do to stay healthy.

Dinner yesterday was ham, beans, and potato salad (onions, potatoes, seasonings, tossed in avocado oil)
Had 1/8 cantaloupe and 1 apricot with 5 macadamia nuts for a morning snack, 1 toast with butter and avocado for supper, I had an Italian ice and 1/4 cup of coffee ice cream for evening snacks. A little high on the calories, but still under my max because of exercise.

Beth - So happy for you with the implant.
Carol - Hope you can get that knee op ASAP. It will transform your life.
Lisa - Glad goings are slowly turning around for you. I know it feels like slow progress.
I had an interesting day today. I tackled a job that had been waiting in the background for some time. My jewellery collection. I don't mean serious gold stuff, that I have kept track of and wear often, but the old, costume, and silver bits and pieces that I have stashed away in bags and boxes over the years. I have some cheap bling that I only wear on cruises, and various heavy beaded necklaces that I haven't worn in decades.
So . . . . I have put some aside for the charity shop. Quite nice ones, but they are too heavy and uncomfortable to wear. I discovered a few silver pieces that I will wear again, as they have come back into fashion! I kept a few that I hope will come back into fashion in the future, like big earrings. I polished all the silver and sorted everything. Threw away one container. I could declutter more, but I'm quite proud of myself.
I need to find a more practical way of storing the pieces. At the moment, they are in five different containers and it is easy to forget what is there. I will explore possibilities on Amazon.
So.... a good day's work!
I'm still waking up too early, but it does get my exercise done.
John and I measured the upstairs bathroom this afternoon, so I can get some idea of how much flooring I need to replace the horrible carpet. I think it's MDF underneath as the loft extension was done in 2004. Next week I will get on a bus to the flooring shop on the bus route. I will have to factor in removal of the carpet and fitting of the vinyl into the price I expect. Excited!

When I graduated from high school I was 4' 10" tall and 95lbs. Grew a bit, all the way to 5'!! Didn't gain much weight(stayed around 115 until 40). Got up to 178 at my highest.
Was down to 137 with LOTS of work(walking 4 hrs a day) when I knew former hubby was coming to town after not seeing him for 20 yrs. Weight went back up after that a bit. At 149 as of Monday.
Goal would be 128 but 135 will be ok.

Carol Thank you for your encouragement about my tooth extraction. Best wishes on your knee. That will be a bigger surgery than my tooth but bring you enormous relief and freedom.
The news feed It showed up on MFP when I opened the website on my computer. It was a list of my friends and various entries that automatically entered (there was a way to shut off what you didn't want entered) It was interesting but took a bit of time to scroll through. I often commented when someone had reach a milestone of consecutive days logging. There was a way to hide anyone if you didn't want to see their news feed. I sort of miss it, but now have more time to read "Women Ages 50+" with the extra time.
Margaret, I continue to enjoy reading your well researched information.
Jake hasn't been feeling well this morning with side effects of the chemo. He stayed in bed and Annie stayed by his side until he got up. He has a great attitude based on "One day at a time" and "This, too, shall pass". He has enough energy to do a few chores so he has been helpful.
Beth, what continuing good news about your implant. You have been a champ climbing the steep learning curve.
Many people with problems with food, alcohol, gambling, etc have found that just having new habits and tricks are not sufficient, that what they need is a whole change of outlook which often involves a spiritual program. All the 12 Step Programs that address addictions of many sorts are based on a spiritual program that takes work, a change in attitude and outlook on life, and is a lifetime commitment. Thus they have something to turn to when distressed other than alcohol, food, gambling, shopping, or whatever has troubled them.
Kylia, People like you who are always doing your best and caring for others have a tough time asking for what you need. It's time to say that you will be gone from work at a certain time and let others figure out what to do.

Hi all. Looks like more rain today; geez I am tired of this weather! My daughter and son-in-law had to evacuated their apartment last night as the next door neighbor had a fire. They were able to get their 2 cats captured and ended up in a motel. I think they are getting back in today. They have some water damage, but no smoke or burn damage.
Lanette: the PA who prescribed the Ozempic did not do diet teaching but I went to “diabetes school” several years ago when I was diagnosed and I teach this content to nursing students, so I know the recommended eating plan. Also, it was changed over the phone/email because I suddenly couldn’t get my Trulicity after several years. I am really trying to focus on “real food” and the least amount of added sugar as possible. I totally agree with what you said about different people and different plans; we are all so unique.
Heather I remember your cooking as always being magnificent. What was on the pizza? My fav home made pizza is spinach and feta cheese.
Allie: I know the feeling; with the insurance deductible, taxes, and air conditioner, we had to cancel our July trips. It’s endless sometimes. That’s too bad about Tracy’s trip. I’m really sorry about your girlfriend. I am so glad you got to talk to her though! I hope you get your UTI fixed soon!
Barbie: I had such a great mental image of someone sneaking up behind you with the chloroform rag! I am glad you are feeling better about the process and that you have a good friend willing to help you. I am sorry to read about Jake and chemo. I can’t believe MFP deleted the daily feed but thanks for letting me know. That was my favorite part!
DLFK: that sounds like one crazy cat! Glad you finally got back to sleep. I hate insomnia. I can’t believe people would be so rude when you bring food or a gift…I’m glad you spoke out that one time! I agree with M that I would quit giving her gifts!
Hi Lisa in AR!
Kylia: you sound very busy!
Annie: I am a book lover too. I discovered a book store nearby where every book is $2.99, you get one free just for stopping in, and after you buy 10 books, you get another one free. Teachers get as many free as they want for their class or students. They are “gently used” and mostly hardback, which I prefer. I went crazy in there!
Carol: I’m so sorry about your knees. I have two bone-on-bones knees too but fortunately they don’t’ hurt very much. Have you tried naproxen gel or any of the other gels? They really work well and no systemic side effects! I use them occasionally on days I teach because standing gets painful. The deleted news feed was on the front page, right when you logged in. You could see auto-posts about your friends; their exercise for the day and if they were under their calorie goal. You could also post little snippets about the day, kind of an abbreviated community board. You could give “kudos” when people met their goals or did well on something. I loved it. I was way more active there than on the boards.
Beth: I’m glad the implant went well and is really helping you!
OK back to work for me! I need to do some review recordings then I have a student appointment at 3. Wanted to be home earlier, but oh well. I am taking some time off next week.
Take care everyone, Meg from right-now-dry-but-threatening-rain Omaha

Beth - such great news continues about your implant. Good observation that the nutrition guidelines for diabetes seem to be based on 20 year old data, I've heard this many times. So much is coming out now about insulin resistance, lower carb diets v. low calorie diets, etc.
Heather - exciting to hear how much and how well you are able to get around now. Good luck with that bathroom flooring. Love your back yard. Wish I could get away with it.
Barbie - sorry Jake was under the weather, but the comfort of a dog beside us when we aren't feeling good is such a bonus. I recall my DH would lay on the sofa when he wasn't feeling well, with two little dogs - Sophie and Rosie - snoozing on him. Agree 100% about 12 Step Programs.
Meg - I wondered if you'd had experience with Diabetes education in your nursing instruction. I'm sure you'll do fine. I saw photo of that HUGE hail yesterday. Glad you didn't get hit!
Kylia - so sad your SIL doesn't have friends or anyone else to help her and drive her around and lift. Is there a home health aide she could hire? You have already taken on a lot with your husband's care due to his vision problems. Don't blame you for feeling worn out with it all sometimes and wanting to do something with your side of the family. Hopefully this too will pass and people will wake up and appreciate how much you do for them as a family member and employee. Glad SIL got the surgery rescheduled!
High school weight & Dr. Lisa -I was 5' 9" back then, weighed around 155 and I thought I was HUGE. I gained about 30# my first year in college, freshman 15 and then some. Years of weight watchers on and off, I was down to around 140 and all the way up to around 200 throughout my life.
Now, I've settled back to around 164 out of the shower at 5'8". Yes, could lose five pounds but at this point, not sure it's that important.
I had a nice chat with Dr. Lisa this morning about A1C, the calorie/macro recommendations I got from the Diabetes Prevention coach. I told her my current macros which are 100 gm of carbs, 100 gms of mostly healthy fats (olive oil, nuts, avocados) and 100 gm of protein and minimum of 30 gm fiber. 1700 or 1800 calories a day since I'm generally pretty active.
I asked her since I don't really have the typical signs of "metabolic syndrome", which according to the diabetes prevention literature include overweight, waist over 35", high cholesterol, high BP, is having slightly over "normal" blood glucose anything I need to worry about?
She said as long as I'm healthy in all other respects, even if it the blood glucose stays slightly elevated "above normal", it shouldn't be a problem. Recheck in 6 months or a year to make sure nothing sneaks in to surprise us. That was reassuring.
Some day when I'm in to see her about something, I'd like her honest opinion on how many older adults who are otherwise healthy and live into their 80's and 90's still sharp tend to run at slightly "above normal" on the A1C/blood glucose labs. Is it a normal process of aging for some? I wonder if A1C is normally ordered for older folks, or not until the signs of T2 diabetes start to appear.... thirst, weight loss, etc. I have requested the A1C testing over the years since my grandfather had T2.

Still breaking in the new monkey feet. Walking with the old ones for the first 3 miles then I change into the new ones. I then kept them on and ran the whole 8 mikes with them. These are a tad bit harder to put one but not crazy bad.
*really proud of myself for not backing out of this run, it was slow for me but I did what I had planned to do, 8 miles done!*

Worked then stopped at the Dollar General near my home and was able to get the distilled water. Vince and I went to CVS for a prescription for him then to WalMart for these light bulbs that he wants. After dinner I’ll probably go for my walk since it was drizzling earlier
kylia – I know how hard it is to type with kitties on your lap. Ours likes to play mahjongg. Actually, I think they like to see the tiles flying across the screen. Absolutely you are NOT being an **s for wanting to go to the graduation. Not at all. I know how hurt Jess was when Denise wouldn’t go to her graduation. Can you possibly close the shop for a week? I know a lot of places around here close for a “family event”
The kitties’ world has expanded! See, we have a Jack-and-Jill bathroom. Up until today they were in one of the bedrooms. Well, we opened up the other bedroom and the bathroom for them. Honestly, the way they run from one room to the other that you would think it was Newton Speedway
Carol – I do hope you can get the surgery scheduled soon. (((HUGS)))
As far as going to dinner for the guy’s birthday (the place that’s about 40 minutes away). She told me the reservation is for 6:30 (I know they changed it for us) but that we could get there late. So I really feel that we should go so we will. I do have to say, tho, that there are a couple of things on the menu that look interesting
Thank you, everyone, for your sympathies about my friend. It just s***s that I can’t be there. But I know she’s in no position to have company and her husband is not in a position for company. Well, this is part of life
Made an apple pie for Vince last night mainly because the corn should be in soon and I want to get that out of the freezer. Unfortunately, it burned. I think the apples are still salvageable
Beth – so happy for your hearing. How exciting it must be for you!
Allie – so what did the doctor say????

I have given up on keeping the kittens in just the living room. They climb over each of the barriers I put up, they can go through the baby gate we have into the kitchen- I put up a board in front of it but if it isn't just right(dh can't seem to get it right) they squeeze through the end. I do make sure they can't get in there when I feed the old momma cat who stays in there. They run in there and go right to her food dish.
I do put them in their playpen at night but not sure how much longer I will continue to do that.
They run all over the place, chasing each other.3
