Sounds like we're in a similar place! I tried to friend you, but I can't figure it out.3 -
Being the best version of me at 45. I have been letting my self and body go- it's time to put on my A game and start taking care of myself and my mental health! Mini goal- manage my sweet intake by filling myself with health food choices, second mini goal- to be kind to myself in the process when I fall off the wagon. Something that has really helped me as of late is having an accountability partner to show my progress to.8

Not to be completely disgusted by my ugly body anymore.8

My first mini goal was 10% of my body weight. I did that, and the next goal was to get my BMI below 40.
A few days ago, I hit that goal, so my next mini goal is to reach the loss of 15% of my body weight. 4 pounds to go!
I have planned out a whole series of little goals over the course of this year. The little victories keep me motivated!
My first "medium" goal is to lose 50 pounds by 7 Sept for a big event. That milestone will also put me at 20% of my body weight lost. 33 down. 17 to go!
Quoting my own post to say that I met my next mini-goal of losing 15% of my body weight. Woohoo!
My next mini-goal is to have lost 40 lbs. by the time I leave to visit my family on July 8th.
3.6 pounds to go!
I just squeaked that one in, having lost exactly 40 pounds by July 8th! My next mini-goal was my previous "medium" goal of losing 50Lbs by 7 Sept for a big event. I think I can do it, as I only have 4.5Lbs to go and 6 weeks to do it!
I did it! I have officially lost 50lbs, 20% of my body weight, and also entered ONEderland! 🙌🏼
My next mini-goal will be 25% of my body weight. I’d like to hit that goal by Halloween. 👻 That’s 1lb per week so I’m hoping it’s completely doable.

Would like to get into a size 14 at the Warehouse. Just got into a 16!!!11

Big congrats @jennydowd2

Gaining leg strength so I can wobble less on my new roller skates!7

I am 1 kg (2 lbs) away from getting out of the obese category and into the overweight category, according to the BMI calculation.11

Still working on reaching that 96.3 kg that was my April avg weight this year when I was gaining. This morning was 96.9kg.
But in addition I bought a pair of trousers in the sale yesterday (70% off) that JUST zipped but don’t fit and they are my next mini goal. They are a size I can wear from that brand in other items but these are pure cotton with zero stretch. Hoping they’ll fit nicely in about 5 kgs which is also when I enter the overweight BMI category.6 -
My minigoal is to go the whole next week without eating any restaurant or storebought food. Not including food that is served at my niece's birthday party on Saturday.8

I haven't posted in exactly one month. Ironically, as I get closer to my weight loss goal, the pounds become less important. But today, I walked up to the Community Centre and I'M VERY proud of myself This month I lost 3.5 pounds and as a result......I am LITERALLY on my LAST Marginally Overweight pound!! 😳

I have just one pound to lose to FINALLY be in the Normal Weight category
So far, I'm down 40 pounds. That's the same as a 15 foot long canoe! Who wants to help me carry it? Lol 😆 This is my journey since late November, 2022. My final goal is now 9 pounds away. My mini goal is simply to continue my journey, trust the process and look forward to losing one pound so that I will officially be in the Valley of Normal Weight 😍13 -
Dipped into that 96.3 yesterday (actually 96.2) and while I’m slightly higher this morning I’m marking this mini goal and setting my gaze at 95 kg as my next mini goal on my way down to the overweight BMI (91kg for me).5

I want to ride my bicycle up White Face Mountain in New York. A climb like that is a test of both fitness and weight as both matter on a climb like that.8
-
I want to control my diabetes and break my family's generational cycle once and for all.13
-
Less wine, more activity (too hot to go out now), get back to being comfortable in my cute clothes.5
-
Looking forward to celebrating my first 5% weight loss...next goal is 10%7

My mini goal is to get back into my healthy habits that I’ve built over the past year: track all my food, eat well and stay within my calorie allotment, and get 20+ minutes of movement/exercise every day.
I’ve let things slide lately for a variety of reasons, and just like that I’m up 10 lbs.
This stops now. I did great today, and plan to continue doing what I set out to do. I’m worth it.10 -
My mini goal is climbing my first 6B (5.10d in US grading) route. I'm very much a plus size climber, and hauling all that weight to the top is getting harder and harder.9
-
@Ennaelangels is that lead climbing?
My goal recently was to get v5 at bouldering; I have got a couple but it's quite rare. There are still many v4s which are beyond me, but I get a few.6 -
My mini goal is beat my last 5k time of 33 minutes. My next 5k is August 30 and I want to finish my run in 30 minutes.7
-
@Veta2018 Go Veta! You can do it! 🏃🏼♀️💨4
-
get to 235 which also gets me to 10%+ weight loss. Up a little this morning (calzones every time) so at 239.6lb7
-
Would like to get back on track and eat an appropriate amount of sugar.9
-
I've only just started, so my goal is to track my calories for 30 days straight. That's the mini-est goal I have at the moment. They say small steps, right? (If I can fit my size 20 jeans again by the end of the year, I'll be very happy.)12
-
i want to be jacked like i was at my 20s7
-
My mini goal is to achieve the "if every day were like this you would weigh ____ in 5 weeks." I thought I would try it out. I have a half pound to go by Thursday. Plus, that takes me out of the 200's. So happy!19
