I’m use to the old version but I’m sure the more I use it, the easier. I had weight loss surgery 10 years ago. Due to Covid, back injury and going back to my old habits I’ve regained quite a bit.0

Hi hope you're all well and having a lovely week! I'm a returning member who used to be on sparks people years back and due to personal reasons I thought to join back here. I'm autistic so please hang in there as best you can.
I love to meet people so long as it's gradual and not rushed head on with many coming in one go. I have always had a concern for mot keeping things in routine and structure of my everyday life, which is why I am here to track what i do throughout the week.
I am not here to be cursed and judged, so I'll give a mental kick up the *kitten*. Sorry but I'm not putting up with morons.

I did notice this soon after diving into here. What a crock. That was the point of community and friends - the encouragement and accountability. And this community chat isn’t exactly user friendly to make it convenient to connect and encourage. How frustrating! I still will track my foods n such but sheesh….. is Lose It much better?3 -

I’ve connected with my very supportive longtime MFP friends on lose it and made some really great new friends too. Weight loss/ fitness is super hard thing to pursue if you feel all alone. Irl people may not support you or even be happy if you succeed. These people I’ve never met are amazingly supportive. Give Lose it a shot. The web version, which only receives minimal support according to the developers is probably the easiest to navigate around to find things (support groups etc. newcomer groups… there’s a huge MFP Exodus group which started in June after the MFP developers decided to end the newsfeed) You will find a very welcoming community there.
The app and website have excellent tools for tracking food and activities. It’s free with add support, but premium will run about 49 dollars per year. With so many coming over from mfp, they’ve had lots of ‘sales’ for the premium side.
Please join us! Friend requests are usually by email invite only, but less difficult if you’re in one of the many support groups (mfp or others) Feel free to message me for any contact info should you choose to join. I’m still learning my way around the app version but happy to help. @EmJustEm052 -
