    @Zaxa2021 Your kids are likely still to young for this, but I remember a trick to stop eating one's children's leftovers. You provide the kids with a spray bottle with water and dish soap, and when they are fully done, they perform a pre-soak by spraying down their plates. I never did this, but I always remembered the idea.

    @SModa61 Sheri, I asked about the differing DEXA results you mentioned when I saw the doctor yesterday. She said it could be as simple as different brands of machines using different ways of calculating and said when I get my next DEXA I should return to the same location. It’s a large radiology concern that has a location near my home.

    Forgot to check in yesterday. I did weigh though. I am experiencing rather unrealistically rapid loss. I think it is just the first week loss of water/glycogen. So I expect the weight loss will slow down soon.

    08/24 Sat - 137.6 feeling sick today so no exercise
    08/25 Sun - 136.8 feeling better so went for a 15 mile bike ride (longest this year!)
    08/26 Mon - 136.6 4 miles walking
    08/27 Tue - 135.6 8 mile bike ride (so beautiful this morning)
