Hi everyone. I've been on and off the app over the last 7+ years. This time I'm fully committed to sticking with it as I'm older and now have kids. I haven't been able to lose the pregnancy weight but now I will be able too by keeping track of food and exercising with a plan in place and taking 1 day at a time.
