    Thank you all if I can do it so can you...I exercised in the beginning and realized I could still lose the weight without out so since I have a toddler I wanted to spend more time with her than at the gym constantly and for my stomach the fat just came off, I didnt think oit would aftet the c section but it did

    You look terrific and are a great inspiration.... I started at 233 and am trying to get to 168 so a good reference to see your loss although as you're a 'young' thing, I'm not sure I'll be quite as toned at GW, lol! I'm sorry for your loss - your Dad would be so proud of the way you've taken back control of your life :)
