I am a 28yr looking for some buddies to lose 20 lbs with.

Rules : Introduce yourself with Age, Height and Weigh
Comment your current weight everyday!!
Count your calories
Say no to Soda
Say no to Fast Food
And 30 mins of excersize daily!!!!

    5’ 11” - 225 lbs
    Calories for day 1,500.
    I don’t drink sugar or eat fast food. Although I do eat out at nice restaurants at least 1-2 a week.

    My goal is to get down to 205 lbs by March which I typically gain weight over the holidays.
    I just weighed 253 lbs in June and now I am down to 225 lbs by watching what I eat, counting calories & training 5-6 days a week. But I have been stuck at 225lbs for almost 3 weeks all though I have been disciplined and changing up my work outs between weight lifting with a trainer, fitness classes, cardio & sauna. How can I loose the addtl 20 lbs?
