I tend to vary between:
* peanut butter on Ezekiel pita, plus a cup of plain nonfat kefir
* yogurt bowl with mixed berries, walnuts, peanut butter powder, hemp hearts, ground flax seed, cinnamon, plus coffee with lots of hot skim milk
* oatmeal with most of the stuff I put in the yogurt bowl, plus some blackstrap molasses1 -
I stay away from sugar, so no grains or other carbs and if it's not eggs which I consume a lot and i do mean a lot, it's another protein like a steak or fish like coho salmon with a side salad. Alternatively I've made tuna salad and used butter or bib lettuce for a wrap. I stuff chicken thighs with sauteed veg and cheese with a side salad. Avocado, smoked salmon and lime mayo wrapped in a almond and coconut flour tortilla.1

Whope grain toast with Almond butter and sliced banana1

I trade off between a couple. Greek yogurt, Fiber One and berries (add nuts if yogurt is fat free). I also make a batch of steel cut oats with chopped apple and freeze individual portions. I use some milk to make the oats, for added protein.1

Thanks for the suggestions. I will try to implement some of them in my program.0

Can't help out because I eat eggs every morning but if your intolerant or don't like them I would try to get some sort of protein in for Breakfast.0

I often eat leftovers from dinner for breakfast when I'm not sure what I feel like. Otherwise a couple of hard boiled eggs or some oatmeal. Generally though, high protein, which keeps me full most of the day.
'Breakfast food' isn't restricted to anything specific. Your body isn't saying, 'it's morning, I need a omelet'; your brain is, based on really good marketing.3 -

This!! The whole idea of only certain foods being "breakfast food" is nothing but marketing. I eat leftovers, stirfries, and very often soup for breakfast.3 -
Anything you want that is your calorie window. I have Adobe and Rice. It is really up to you and your taste and effort preference. If you want to be lazy and quick pound back a meal replacement like core power. I found a one on Amazon Gold standard Protein that is about 2.00 each for 140 cals with decent metas.

Marmite on one piece of homemade toast, Protein Drink, Black Coffee
I've been eating this every breakfast for the last 2 months or so...0 -
Avocado toast. When I don't have a big skillet of sauteed veggies with scrambled eggs, it's Greek yogurt with berries and walnuts, or Purely Elizabeth organic superfood oatmeal. Trying to stay low carb focusing on protein.0

I have eggs but not every day, but it is the best thing to have in breakfast at least according to me.0
