I think I started posting in the community, 2013.
I have posted so many comments, songs, memes, gifs and photos and although once I had a meme removed from Chit Chat, no one from MFP ever contacted me and to this day I’ve never been reprimanded, jailed or banned.
What must one do to get banned for crying out loud?
It always baffles me,
were you THAT rude?
Well I can tell you from alleged personal experience that some cleavage gets a reprimand while some does not.

On my mind is my neighbor who passed away 5 years ago today. I think of him often. Only 53. His twin boys and my boys were best friends in the neighborhood for many years. The boys and their mom moved away a few years ago. We keep in touch. And I always send her a ❤️ or short message on this anniversary. I’m so sad for them and all they have missed with him. All he’s missed. To think of them going through all the craziness of the pandemic while just losing him always broke my heart. He was a great guy. And it’s just all so unfair.5

Just thinking about what I had For breakfast and when.
Thinking we're not only lucky to live in a world where there is no Hitler to tell us what we must eat, but also to live in a world where there are all night grocery stores, gas stations, fast food places. And $. We can literally eat almost anything we can dream of--24 hours a day.1 -

I’m wondering what terrible thing happened a few doors down from my house.
2 firetrucks, 1 ambulance and 2 police cars.
The police cars got me wondering if it was violence.

When 2 OKC police cars show up around me, there's a fatality involved. -- Yukon to Mustang, okc city limits. Okc police. If police are needed to break up a fight or a wreck, Yukon police often show up, maybe 2 or 3, depending on what's up. Don't stay.

I live further north.
Several officers live in my neighborhood and since I moved here I’ve always felt safe.
This time of year there seems to just be more emergencies in general.
Maybe the stress, the weather, on top of the normal craziness.
I feel fortunate to live in our state.1 -

Cops again.
We have one neighbor who goes way overboard for Christmas. Usually Thanksgiving weekend, if the weather is nice, he turns on Xmas music and he and his kids spend the weekend decorating every single inch of the front yard. My grandkids and I walk down to see them every year.
Last night, just after 5 pm., dark, cold, heavy traffic, cars double parked on both sides of the street. The cop who lives about 5 doors down, same side of street as decorated house stops to talk to neighbor and admire the lights. Doesn't pull over to the curb, no extra lights, etc. Just blocking traffic. Everyone in our neighborhood is used to this house causing traffic problems. But a cop should know better. The rest of the looky lous are forgiven.
Lol. Just kidding. Just funny that cars were backed up cause cops like Xmas lights, too.1 -

New Year’s resolution.. keeping it real, no longer making the effort to keep connected online with friends and family. If people want me they can come see me in person.0

The holiday is approaching so fast this year. No matter what you celebrate, I hope it’s wonderful.
Merry Christmas!7 -
The last batch of potatoes I bought have a sour taste and my regular Airfryer recipe doesn't taste well without mayo. Will try to come up with some ideas just to use those potatoes until they finish... never buying them from that place again.0

Same to you J! I hope this holiday season has been good to you. Merry Christmas!

Haven't heard Christmas carols like I usually do. Realized I haven't been shopping much. I never thought I'd ever miss them, but I do.0

Bit tipsy.
I seldom drink at all outside of Christmas and cut my first drink of the season tonight. It's past my bedtime but everything's spinning a little. Again.

That's what I did! Lol1 -
I think I'm odd cause I love wrapping gifts. I have a room dedicated to gift wrapping at Christmas. I match the wrap and tag to the person. I was able to find skate tags this year even!!!
On my mind too is how I seem to be elected the person at my in laws to be the cheerful person who conducts the convo. As the sister in law and i did dishes I was in charge of asking questions to start convos. Before that I had to smooth over the incident of a nice bottle of wine being opened at the wrong time. Life would be easier if people just didn't take it so seriously2 -

I used to love wrapping gifts. I learned to wrap really well at a department store in high school. People paid good money for us to wrap gifts! And when you have that kind of setup with all the thick papers and ribbons. Plenty of tape and scissors and tissue paper. Perfect boxes 😍So it’s so nice that you have a dedicated space, I’ll bet it’s a similar feel to that setup like we used to have.
Now mine are shameful. Lol. The way I wrap. The fact that I’m here on mfp when I’ve only wrapped 2 so far.
K bye 😂0
