      Thank you all if I can do it so can you...I exercised in the beginning and realized I could still lose the weight without out so since I have a toddler I wanted to spend more time with her than at the gym constantly and for my stomach the fat just came off, I didnt think oit would aftet the c section but it did

      You still got your stomach as flat as that after a c-section? You truly are an inspiration....sometimes I feel that the mama pouch is never gonna go so thank you so much for posting....I agree though I am 165 pounds and don't look half as good as you do....keep it up girl!

      I'm so happy for you! You look great! I am kicking myself because on my other profile for MFP I started around the same time as you and I gave up and here it is in October and I've gained more weight. You are definitely an inspiration!
