Hope you all are having a nice holiday week! Seems I am staying at my start weight for the most part. I didn’t track or weigh for 3 days as I was cooking and hosting relatives coming in and out but stayed fairly mindful. Enjoyed some things that I never eat during the year on the 24th and 25th - a lemon drop my daughter made us, roast beef, stuffed mushrooms, a homemade cheese ball, 2 sugar cookie bars, baked Brie, and Mac and cheese. And yes, planned wine and Prosecco. Passed on the chocolate cake and dinner rolls!
Have been taking only leisurely walks outside because I have been on my feet almost all day! Company left this morning, and I’m having late coffee in my new robe! Awwwww…..then I will make a simple chicken vegetable soup for dinner.

Wow, I really slacked off in weighing in! Today's result was not as bad as I was expecting. I'm off work again Mon-Wed next week but New Year's isn't a big thing in our house. Traveling a couple hours to see my sister and her fam Sat then planning on spin class for Sun morning. Need to fit grocery shopping and laundry in there somewhere LOL.

I went out for an evening walk tonight just to get out for some fresh air and to get some movement going on! I've been in for a few days and feel sluggish. My friend and brother live in the same building as me so I've just been going from one condo to another! Tomorrow I'm planning on another walk and/or the gym. I find the first weeks of January hard so I'm trying to return to good habits now before my low mood sets in. Maybe I can avoid that feeling altogether. My diet has not been great as I've been eating treats and snacks as opposed to proper meals. I might make some turkey soup and put spinach in there and carrots etc. Need to get back to a healthier lifestyle again.

Hey all, I am just popping in to read how everyone is doing . Looks like its a mixed bag of fluctuations for some of us. I am in Arizona for a few days visiting my parents and soaking up the sun, so obviously not weighing but I have tried to stay with my tracking and being consistent with food. I also found a gym 3 miles from my parents so I have gone there for two days in a row. Not getting my 10K daily steps but I am working out pretty hard and not going over calories so still praying a Christmas miracle will greet me with the first time hopping on the scale . That won't happen til next Wednesday. I am SOOOO ready for January.
Game plan for getting back on track is going back to closer to 1500 calories. My hope to eventually get back to a 18-1900 calorie count might not happen while in perimeno, which I fully blame for the struggles I have been having with this never ending stall. Anything over that , I gain.. which seems crazy because anything below 2100 is below maintenance for me. I am reluctantly upping my GLP dose as well to see if that helps. I hate to do it but I have talked to the nurse with the company I work with and that is what they are recommending at this point since I am doing all the other things. (water, protein, fitness, etc)

Dec 19 200 I guess at least it’s not a gain. Sigh. 6 days to go.
Dec 24 201 I think it’s all the caffeine (soda/coffee) that has made the number go up. Really active at work right now but need the caffeine to keep up the energy there and then to do everything that is needed to be done at home. Friends here this weekend so will be lots of food and alcoholic beverages. Will try to eat more veggies and fruits than junk food. Have a Merry Christmas/Happy Holidays!
Dec 31 202. Tomorrow starts the new year. Not doing anything big for New Year’s Eve. Work and then a quiet night home with the family. Happy news years eve!3
