Mo I always found it hard when my ex came home from deployments. I got use to do everything on my own and found having another adult around was just exhausting! I hear you! Hugs!
Have a wonderful day!
Stay safe!
Make the best choices you can!
Hugs for all!
Love,
Kylia in Ohio
I remember feeling the same way with my former hubby. The ship would be out for 2 months then home for 2 months. I learned my routine and it was hard when he was home. He wanted me to spend all my time with him and got mad when I couldn't because I had to go to work-I had gotten two jobs while he was out, to keep me busy. At one time, I had three, all part time (had trouble keeping track a few times-went to the wrong one one time)

Will be jumping in the shower shortly, as I need to run into town to sign a medical records transfer from my old orthopod to a new one. Not pleasant, but quite necessary. There was neither surprise nor protest about getting the records transferred when I talked to them, which tells me something all by itself.
While I'm out, I'll get a couple errands done - it's an old people thing, right. The joke about how do you know you're old? When you bend down to pick something up and look around to see if there's something else you need to do while you're down there. Too apt for comfort, perhaps! 😂🐈⬛😜
My right hip still feels like I've been kicked by a horse - Got it in a kink during my nap attack yesterday, stayed in the same position in bed for three straight hours and just wacked it right out. Still a deep down ache this morning.
Family ca-ca. No news isn't always good news:Still haven't heard from my daughter - she posts something vague on her FB about every 24 hours about not having the kids yet and still being stuck in Atlanta. That's it. The fact that she's not reaching out to me usually means she's uncomfortable about an action she has either taken or not taken, and doesn't want to tell me about it. However, I won't find out about it until years from now. I have to assume if she needs us, she will contact us.
Probably because of this, woke up around 2 a.m. screaming. Was dreaming that I was being held captive by someone, and I kept trying to scream but couldn't. Old dream, used to be my abusive father that was emprisoning me, hand over my mouth keeping me from screaming.
Anyway, I finally was able to break the hold and scream, and did so SO loud that it woke me, woke Corey, and probably woke Egg, wherever she was. A shrink would have a field day with me right now.
This too shall pass, this too shall pass, this too shall pass.
Time to get in the shower.
Love y'all,
Lisa in AR
That joke about sneezing and putting your back out, its a THING when you're old! I hope your hip feels better.🙏💖
My eldest sister wrecked her back a couple days after I had left the end of Nov. Someone parked really close to her drivers side of her huge truck. So she had to shimmie sideways then arch her back to get in up! I told her she needs a smaller vehicle! Poor gal!
I took a 4 hour nap yesterday, then took a hottest shower ever, and was in bed by 8:30 pm with cold meds. I slept fairly well! It was needed.
Today is pinto bean and ham hock soup for husband. I am having some chicken soup, with white beans, chicken, potatoes and some cabbage thrown in there. Oh and onions. I don't really care for his soup. It doesn't agree with me.
Well its a rainy day on Whidbey!
Hugs to you ladies!

Yay! Carol, I am so glad your DH is on the mend and back home. I don't know about your DH, but mine is grumpy when he is sick.
Thanks, everyone, for complimenting my smile. However, I noticed dark teeth and freckles on my lips in one picture. I realized that DH had me take the picture after I had eaten a chocolate protein bar. So, let's face it, I am no Miles or Delia.
Lisa, this situation with your daughter is a trigger from your past. You may need to contact your daughter to make sure everyone is safe. Journaling your dreams would be great, too.
Barbie, I am so glad you had a pleasant visit with your stepdaughter.
Well, I am going to bed for work tonight.

Mo - Yes, you're absolutely right. I did talk to her - well, kind of forced her to call me. Lots of tears on both sides, but I think we're both feeling better.
The rest of the story:My daughter is struggling, trying to find some way out of all this that isn't horrifically expensive as well as traumatic for the kids. She's spent nearly $2,000 (on charge cards, of course) to change the tickets and pay for the hotel room already. So now, she's basically curled up in a hotel room until Monday, the first day she could get more flights out for both her and the kids.
He's telling her she can't have the kids until Tuesday morning, because he knows it will mean she can't leave until the 13th. The vitriol and hate on his side is just so horrible for those kids.
And this is me, not thinking about the matter until Monday when I find out she and my grandbabies are safe and sound at the airport and about to board the plane. Yes, indeedy.
Well, at least for now, anyway. All chores done for the moment, time to relax for a bit, eat some lunch, and then do some technological wizardry to get my system ready for a Zoom call in the morning.
Later, y'all,
Love,
Lisa in AR

Lisa - Great going with your video. One or two editing blips, but so much better than your first one.
I had a good day. Wrote first thing. Chatted with G. Then put my face on to go out to the butcher after lunch. Of course it was closed. Didn't want to waste my face so I got on the bus! Got off in Hove and visited Boots for the earplugs I failed to get on Monday. Hooray! I bought three tiny crates for the kids to paint on Monday. I felt they were non-binary. Max will be coming as well.
Then bussed home and bought fresh flowers in a January white and pink. Popped into the doc to rearrange the phone appointment as I'd had no response to my email.
Felt I had accomplished something.
Chatting to G she mentioned that her favourite dress was on sale at M&S and she was thinking of buying a third! So I also bought one of the last ones. Arriving tomorrow. Black, of course.
Then this afternoon I finally bought the trolley I have been thinking about for months from IKEA. I have a spot for it in the utility room and it will contain art supplies, which are bulging out of our cupboards. I just have to move the hoover I never use into the garage. Might end up taking it to the tip. Arriving next Wednesday. Have to put it together. It's black, of course.
That's not me, by the way in the dress.
Love to all, Heather UK xxxxxxxx

Poor John had a bad day. Car wouldn't start. Battery flat. His roadside help Co had no record of the Home Start he thought he had. The app said he had cancelled his account. Grrr! My son is currently looking for his battery charger.
Then his teacher 's pension said he had a new code and they were taking half his money in February. No explanation. No indication if it's a one off only. He was mightily frustrated and upset. He doesn't fill in a tax return but is normally deducted at source. It may be a savings account that does not do that.
So I soothed ruffled feathers.

Trying to get my ducks in a row for surgery next week. I am apprehensive about using my crutches, so I’ve been looking for a walker. They are usually a dime a dozen at the thrift stores, but I visited 3 with no luck. Mama said I could have Daddy’s rollator, but it was not in the shed where she swore she saw it Thursday. I looked on Amazon, but I hesitate to drop $80 on something I may not even need. Dave thinks I will recover quicker if I stick to crutches. Today I got my hair cut, my eyebrows waxed, and two weeks of groceries bought. I’ll spend Monday making a big batch salad and a pot roast. I’ll probably also make a big vegrtable soup and freeze a couple of quarts.
Barbara, you asked about pain meds. I had been taking one Aleve and one Tylenol Arthritis each morning and night. I had to give up the Aleve so I switched to 2 Tylenol. I actually think it works better. Ice also helps. I was also using Voltarin, but I just
stopped that.
Carol, I’m glad you got your husband home.
Prayers and hugs for many others who need them - too many to mention all. I might leave someone out.6 -
Mo – I had my tonsils removed when I was about 10!!! I’m trying to get more sleep. Only thing is...right now my sinuses are acting up. No surprise as this happens whenever there is a change in the weather and it just got cold. So, therefore, I’m taking a decongestant. This ALWAYS makes me wide awake at 3a.m. On the bright side I do get to see all the Mary Tyler Moore reruns...lol But I’m trying to get more and more sleep. Last night I got to bed at 10:15. But I’m up at 12:15. Oh well.. Vince was so sweet, tonight he asked me “do you feel achey” No “do you feel tired” No “do you feel feverish” No Like KJ – just my voice
Tracey – oh my, that must have been horrible! To have to talk
Tracey – I have a set of these really nice dishes. Well, it’s not a complete set. I wondered where they came from and my aunt told me that during the depression, you used to get a piece of china in boxes of detergent

who is up again
Have you thought about putting a humidifier in your bedroom? I know for us, when we start getting plugged up, or a bloody morning nose after blowing, it time to turn that thing on. Sometimes husband puts in the Vics addition on the top of it, but since I have no sense of smell I never notice that. But it does do a world of difference when the air is dry at night.

Carla ... I'm so sorry to hear of your mom's passing. Regardless of the time or circumstances, losing a parent is never easy and the holidays can be brutal when grief is fresh. (I edited to add ... it actually remains difficult during the holiday no matter how much time has passed.) Hugs.
Lisa ... ugh ... I hate old, recurring dreams. Hoping today gets better for you.
Kelly ... good to see you posting again! You have been busy!!
Barbie ... thinking of you every day. Hugs.
Rebecca ... I'm back at IF as well ... 2:00 - 7:00 is my window. Dr. Bert Herring says it's an "opportunity" to eat then ... not a mandate. I have to remind myself of that often.
Last Year/New Year Goals ... I was lighter at the end of the year ... but not significantly so. I really have to get serious about weight loss. So I am following IF (19:5) ... it keeps me from willy-nilly eating. But I will also have to monitor CICO to see exactly how much I'm eating in those 5 hours. I do know that my exercise level is far too low and I need to shake that up. Starting with walking. Either on my treadmill or at the park when the weather allows.
Beth near Buffalo where it has been lightly snowing (the Lake Effect stuff is south of me this time! Yay!)
I seem to be doing 12 to 2 pm, or 12-4 pm. I do better at night if I don't eat past 5 pm. I just sleep better. Goid for us! Yes, not trying to get in 1200 calories in 2 hours just eat what my body tells me. That's my goal. Its the fasting times, that's when my body heals and does its magic.💖

Carla - welcome back! Are you still working for the school district? I remember your beautiful back yard. Stay warm!
Ginny - I think my closet strategy was similar to yours over the years. Couldn't afford many clothes when I was younger so eventually made up for it in quantity, lol. Hope you folks in the path of the upcoming arctic blast don't lose power.
Allie - I'm happy to see SMiles still smiling and Delightful Delia smiling as well in spite of the turmoil in their home. Are you going to be watching Delia for 8 + hours per day or does Tracy work a reduced schedule? You got in a lot of practice watching SMiles until he got too "busy", lol. Good luck - you are a natural caregiver and loving grandmother.
Kylia - From my perspective, I think those kittens have brought immeasurable joy into your life. I can tell you seem a lot less stressed these days with those 2 playing and purring. Love the photos and hearing you tell about them.
Barbie - what a nice photo of you and daughter. And Annie! Is Annie a good watch dog? Does she alert you when the doorbell rings or she hears a car door slam for example?
Annie - Happy New Year! Pop in when you can. We understand things can get hectic dealing your dad.
Busy day, I need to get this posted.

Just lost my post. I am having trouble using the laptop. We are in a winter storm warning starting tonight. Went to the store this morning so we are ready. DES and DGD have checked to make sure we know they are ready if we need anything. We are Blessed.
Kylia==Thanks for your message and I sent you an message.
Lisa--Sorry DD is still having problems getting the kids. DH's ex would just not be home when we would come to pick them up. We ended up taking her back to court and the judge told her one more time and she would be . spending 30 days in jail. Still had to have the police standby.
Rita and Mo--My FIL left his tree up year round and just decorated for whatever time of year.
Carol--Glad DH is home, please remember to take care of yourself too.

THERE ARE NO QUICK FIXES OR SHORTCUTS to achieving permanent change.
REMINDERS One or two thoughts which might give heart to some of you.- Daily weight fluctuations are normal, and can be more than
2 lbs a day for no apparent reason. - A general downward trend is what we are looking for.
- Eating out can cause apparent weight gain because of high sodium levels, but usually goes quickly. Drinking extra water helps with this.
- The human body does not react instantly to what we do to it. Sometimes it can take several days to see results.
- Plateaus are a normal part of the process. The body is consolidating and adapting to your new way of eating/exercising.
- The closer you get to your goal weight, the more difficult it becomes to lose weight, as your body becomes more efficient at using what you feed it.
- When you exercise you build muscle, which takes up less space than fat, so use measurements as well as weight to assess your progress.
- Getting/Staying fit and healthy requires a lifestyle change for most people.

Lanette, Annie barks at everything. She barks at people walking down the street. Fortunately there aren't many people walking in our neighbourhood. Practically no one every comes to our house except Fed Ex and UPS.
Carol, How wonderful that your husband is home from the hospital.
Dancing friend came over to dance this morning. We had a few challenges with Annie getting underfoot but she finally settled down in the living room. Then we took her for a ride in the car. Sunday walking friend came over later to walk with Annie and me. I have been experimenting with going for a 15 minute walk and leaving the dogs home alone. So far, so good.

I had a great morning, got the last load in the dryer to dry at about 11 a.m., decided I'd nap for a little bit, as my eyes were just drooping a little. Woke up at nearly 2 p.m.! Was still kind of wandering around in the post-nap fog when I realized how badly I was hurting, and that I hadn't taken any of my morning medications at 7 a.m., as I was on the phone with my sis, or my noon meds because I was asleep.
There's a reason why I don't do that.
Ow.
I'll be fine when they cut in, but in the meantime, dang... I'm going to go do something seated, like folding laundry.
Nothing new from my daughter.

I don't know if this will help or not, but it helped me to find out what's actually happening when I experienced sleep paralysis and other sleep-related syndromes. And you may know all this already ...What you experienced last night and other times is called a parasomnia.
https://my.clevelandclinic.org/health/diseases/12133-parasomnias--disruptive-sleep-disorders
Non-rapid eye movement (Non-REM) sleep are the first three stages of sleep – from first falling asleep to about the first half of the night.
Of the selection of parasomnia events that take place in this group, I sleepwalk now and then.
Rapid eye movement (REM) sleep follows the three non-REM stages of the sleep cycle. During REM sleep, your eyes rapidly move under your eyelids and your heart rate, breathing and blood pressure are all increased. This is a time when vivid dreaming occurs. Your body cycles through and repeats non-REM and REM sleep about every 90 to 110 minutes.
Parasomnias happen during the latter part of the night. If awakened during the event, it’s likely you’d be able to recall part or all of the dream.
Like you, every now and then, I will experience sleep paralysis. I hate it!!
But somehow knowing that it only lasts a minute or so in real time has helped me break out of it. Mind you, it feels like a very long minute!
In the other category, I experience exploding head syndrome.
Exploding head syndrome: If you have this sleep disorder, you hear a loud noise or explosive crashing sound in your head as you’re falling asleep or waking up. You may also see an imaginary flash of light or have a sudden muscle jerk.
When I was doing my master's degree and taking care of my husband, I experienced this every night. It worried me for a while, but once I found out what it was, I just waited for the big bang ... and then fell asleep.
There's a list of causes, but of course stress is right there among them, and I attribute my sleepwalking, sleep paralysis and exploding head syndrome to stress.
I'm sorry that you're going through this stress with your daughter and grandkids ... and sorry she and the kids are going through this. It's terrible!

Vince said today that I sound better “but don’t take that as a reason to talk”
I don’t know, but something is going on at BK. For two weeks the store mgr hasn’t been in. That’s not like her. Usually when I get there in the a.m. there are two people working, one at the drive thru and one making the sandwiches. For the past few days there’s only been one person. For the last two days the door has been locked when I get there. Strange…..
I tell you, I am so screwed up with the days. I was thinking Thurs was Mon because I didn’t go to the gym on Wed. I had to do something at home and I usually do a DVD at home on Sunday. Well, got thru things
Lisa – hope your hip feels better. I have been known to scream in my sleep. Actually, one time I had such a bad dream and Vince tried to wake me up and I scratched him. He refuses to wake me any more….lol
KJ – what kind of elderberry tonic did you take? I have tea bags that have elderberry in it. Will that do? Thank you for reminding me about the salt water, I’d forgotten all about it.
Barbara – keeping your nephew in my prayers
Carol – so glad your husband is home. Of course the week hit you hard!
Drkatie – many organizations like the Elks have medical equipment they rent out. I know our church has a wheelchair that it loans out
Going to post this then get to bed.

Day 3 is in the books. I am feeling accomplished! Today was 2 bowls of soup.
This is what I did.
1/2 of a yellow onion and 1 and 1/2 T of butter. Put in a squirt of roasted garlic paste, a squirt of Italian herbs, and my 5th flavor which has an umami flavor, then a can on white beans, some cooked baby yellow potatoes, wild rice, and a handful of shredded roast chicken and enough water to not over fill my pan. Then added some chicken stock paste, some pepper, cayenne pepper and turmeric. It was delightful. I have 2 more bowls for tomorrow. I plan on that, and a power plate. That is wilted spinach (splatter water on fresh spinach and microwave about 10 sec), some olive oil, some blobs of cottage cheese, some walnuts, some spoonfuls of olive bruschetta, then some wild rice.
I opened at noon and closed my window at 3:00 pm. Feeling good.👍🏼

Ginny - I agree about middle of the week holidays, they just mess you all up. Then next week will suck having to work 5 days again.
Funny story about electronic vs paper files. My BFF and her husband both work for a large international corporation. In mid November their whole system failed. The staff couldn’t even open their computers. They aren’t being told they were hacked, but….
Anyway, she had to go teach all of the newer staff how to do things using paper, faxes and such. She said there was one person in the office that still had paper procedures that she didn’t have to teach. There must be 10-15 in the office. On the plant side even their machinery is computerized and they had to figure out how to get things running manually again. Her husband is retiring this year, he is the plant manager and has been there since he was in high school, she started in the office after university.
Sometimes paper is still needed.
Kylia - I like your GLAD I have a friend I might share that with.
We have so many cookies here. I don’t really eat them, and DH shouldn’t. I may take them to work on Monday.
Carla - Sorry about your Mom.
Lisa - Hugs I hope you hear from your girl soon.
Dreams sure can wreak havoc.
Beth - I miss so many at Christmas. I try to honour them by talking about them and sharing Christmas memories of them.
Kelly - I’m glad you’ve had some rest and had a nice dinner out last night.
Rita - I’m so glad your son is doing what he needs. It will help your stress I imagine.
Barbara - how sweet are you! I wouldn’t think I would have to because I’m not paying for anything and you aren’t buying it for me. I would have to look it up to be sure though.
Praying for your nephew.
Debbie - I hope your MIL goes in a home and your husband changes his attitude towards you.
There is a lot of mending to be done and you both need some peace.
I couldn’t handle all those pet wake ups!
Carol - my cousins daughter told me on Christmas that she is starting to feel more settled this year.My cousin’s daughter that I talk about is actually my 1st cousin’s granddaughter. I come from a very large family, he was the 3rd oldest cousin and I am the 4th youngest. His daughter and I were three months to the day apart. Our daughter’s the one I speak of as my cousin’s daughter is actually my Kaitlyn’s age.
Her Mother passed when she was 51 in July 2019. Her widow, whom I’ve known since elementary school, passed a few weeks before his 57th birthday in April 2022.
Their deaths are still two of the hardest I’ve had to come to terms with. We were married within a week of each other, had children together, both of the men drove truck, and were the same age, and I babysat their three kids for 2 years. My heart breaks for their daughter who had to handle all of it while having a newborn when her Mom passed and her second was born 2 months after her Dad.
Sometimes life just isn’t fair.
So glad your husband is home. Hopefully he continues to improve and you both get some rest.
Heather - those trolley’s are so handy in craft areas.
For the fun of it I looked up the price equivalency here. Your 25 pounds is equivalent to $44.85.
The same item here is $39.99.
I had car troubles today too. My car started this morning, but when I went to back out it started to stall and I couldn’t keep it going or get it going again. DH tried throughout the day and never did get it started. I took his truck to work. I don’t like driving it but not much choice. I hope it starts tomorrow, I have no money for repairs.
Katie - do they rent equipment near you? That’s what a lot of people do here.
Machka - I didn’t know there were names for those sleep issues. I’ve had the paralysis one way too many times to count, also the muscle jerk.
It was cold here today. The wind was making it so much worse.
I’ve been watching the last few episodes of Blue Bloods I had recorded. I’m going to miss this show.
Today is Miss Michaela’s 9th birthday. She sent me a picture of herself. I don’t think she’s taken this tiara off since she bought it on Monday.
Tomorrow would have been my Dad’s 82nd birthday. Boy I miss him.
Off to bed.

Lisa - It's so hard when there's absolutely nothing you can do about a situation. It reminds me of the time when John's nephew had to fly to the Philippines to get his daughter back. John's sister and his niece went with him and they succeeded. Unfortunately the mother now has her daughter in this country and is doing her best to alienate her from her father. He was too trusting and nice.
I hope the handover goes as planned.
I'm set on doing my tax this weekend. One more savings stream to check, and I'm all set to fill it in online. I don't actually pay tax, but I keep filling it in in case one day I make an actual living!

Morning, my chicks,
Carol - So pleased your husband is home. Always hard to get back to anything resembling normal in a hospital.
Barbie - Loved the picture of you, Annie and Jake's daughter...
Carla - I'm so sorry about your mama, and the first Christmas brings a starkly deep sadness. Glad for the Nick and Lacy news. And BRR! We drop over the freezing edge tomorrow afternoon, but only down to 18 or 19 at worst. Unfortunately, supposed to get rain tonight. Hope it dries up fast - Arkansans do NOT know how to skate!
Tracey - Happy birthday to Miss Micki! I wore my Walmart tiara at my wedding, couldn't resist the oxymoron...
KJ - Always, always, always good to see you pop up. So pleased that you're getting at least a moment or two to breathe.
Thank you all for the staunch support for my distress. Trying just to put it to the side. Reassurance:The grandkids are safe, if not necessarily happy right now, and the rest will play out as it will. My worry and stress change nothing and my daughter has gone past the emotional point of being able to hear advice from me.
Her ex-husband's bullying, domineering, and verbally vicious control tactics are why she divorced him, and even my big, strong, tough soldier daughter had to get out of the relationship while he was in another country. Have to remember that. I just don't deal well with feeling helpless--not sure anyone does! Helps a LOT to have y'all.
Absorbing myself in technology this morning, one I haven't used since I left work - Zoom. My trusty companion has deserted me for her favorite person (Egg, who is being a good Egg for a change this morning and not a rotten Egg). Corey's just gotten up - had hoped he'd sleep longer, but both of us are up a bit early.
All is right here in my world, and the rest will be what it is. Since Corey nipped in and got a K-cup, I'll go make him a pot of fresh coffee and take him a cup once it's done.
Later, my babies,
Love y'all,

Hot ride! But great to be on a bicycle!
For some reason Strava is cutting corners rather than following the road, so I actually road 2 km further than this.
Organised a bunch of my cycling clothes and jewellery (just costume jewellery - I own nothing of value) and tidied a bit around my lounge room chair. I'm caught up with my laundry and I've got things ready to go for work on Monday.
I am now at the point where I could:
a) go through my clothes to see what I'd like to keep and what could go (big job, but I could potentially be finished by the end of January, working at in on 2 or 3 evenings a week). I have the clothes bin here, rescued from storage with the Christmas stuff at the beginning of December, and much of what's in there will likely go.
b) start organising the home office (huge, massive, overwhelming job which will likely take me months). I will need to get something done with this eventually so I can work from home more comfortably and there are things in there which I'm starting to want but I have a mental block when it comes to that room.

Good Saturday!
There seems to be something going around with equipment and appliances......I have spoken with many people who are needing replacements or repairs in the past few weeks. So strange......
Yesterday was just a weird day....my DH was snappy with everyone....I let him have his monkey and amazingly didn't allow it to affect my peace of mind. We sold more snowblowers yesterday than we have in two years combined. If the weather system doesn't affect us here, the forecasts have at least helped our sales! For reference we sold 8 yesterday. Some of our snowblowers have been in stock for 3 years as we just haven't had any snow to speak of.
Speaking of this weather system, stay SAFE ladies! Those it is hitting will be cold that we aren't use to as well as the precipitation. For us, they are currently saying 4-8 inches of snow, sleet, and ice coming in Sunday night through Monday afternoon. Monday morning I have to get DH hunting, kittens to vet, and work. Grateful for not one, but two 4 wheeled drive vehicles I can drive. They are also talking power outages. The temps dropping to the mid teens (F) as highs. If this should occur, I will be grateful for the whole home generator we just had installed last month. It had been a decision that was 15 years in the making for DH! I said we needed one after being without power for 10 days due to a hurricane. This would be why he does not have my medical POA! He didn't deal well with the last outage that only lasted 10 hours. SMH!
Child Custody- It is so common to have issues. I reckon I am blessed that my ex and I are still cordial. We never said anything negative about each other within hearing of children. We have been to all important events and even been together at their first Disney experience. Our personal experiences played into that decision. His father left his mom while she was still in hospital after having him. Step father never accepted "her" kids. My parents divorced when I was 16. It was nasty then and remains nasty if you ask my mom. Dad has been dead since 1996. The only people to show up to my HS graduation were my brother and my now ex. Dad wouldn't go in case mom showed up. Mom didn't go in case dad showed up. Dad didn't come to my wedding because mom would be there. Sad for him to have missed out on so much of my life. Alcoholism will do that! I know several people experiencing the same thing your families are and it is so sad! LEAVE THE KIDS OUT OF ADULT PROBLEMS!!! Oops, hot topic for me. I do realize there are exceptions to every story and every custody case, but the children SHOULD be PRIORITY in all cases. HUGS!!!!
Anyways, I had 7500 steps yesterday which is 2000 over average! I have been within calories for 5 days. Still haven't found my missing purple pencils, but did clean out a basket of papers and straightened a closet. I just stopped at Walmart this morning and bought a new box of pencils. They are cheap enough. Now the missing ones will show up-hehe!
((HUGS )) for everyone! With missing loved ones, illness, exes, and weather we can all use them!
Make the best choice you can in the moment!
Do one more thing today than yesterday that is good for you!
Much love,
