    My partners birthday so we went to Manchester for an all you can
    Eat meat bonanza, followed by a trip around the museum
    Still managed 17k steps so not too much damage done

    Busy day at work so no time for cardio
    But over 1400 exta exercise calories spare while still in a 500 cal deficit

    Apart from Saturday diet has been spot on
    Don't usually drink but got very drunk and ate a lot of crap

    Currently weighing 227.4lb so down about 10lb this month obviously some of it water
    But visible differences can be seen
