bump :] looks so yummy. Can't wait to try them. But do you think they would cook alright in the microwave? I don't have access to a stove (I live in a college dorm room).0

I can never get these to turn out not burnt. They're still tasty but it's frustrating, I can't flip them until they cook to a certain point but that point is it's burnt. I might have to give up on these. Please note: I suck at cooking.0

If they are burning, try cooking on a low heat and cover the pan. I make something similar to this, but I add 1/4 cup oatmeal and it cooks through on low heat.0

Fantastic - and yummy. I just used the full banana and put in 2 normal egg whites and was about 133 calories and I made 8 small pancakes
served mine with ricotta and fruit....
This will become a favourite i think!0 -
Thanks for the receipe - just kinda made these for lunch - I say kinda cos I didnt have all the ingredients but wanted something different for lunch - I used a small ripe banana and 2 eggs - didnt have any vanilla or splenda and not too keen on taste of cinnamon - I cooked them on the hob in a thick bottomed pan with a lid and they were delish - one was slightly browner when the pan warmed up but I just turned it down a little. It tasted quite banana-y but I think that was because my banana was ripe - I was going to make it into banana loaf but decided it would be to dangerous having a banana loaf around over the weekend with weigh in day Monday !!!
SO
