I love, love, love these pancakes. They've been my breakfast for the past two weeks! They are difficult to flip, so I make small ones (use a tablespoon to measure out the batter). They are great with a little non fat whip, or no sugar added syrup. I don't add any sweetener to the batter. I use a whole banana and about 1/4 cup egg whites. I also load up on the cinnamon. They also seem to cook better with a little non stick spray since they burn rather quickly.....yumm!0

I am totally going to try this... I am with the people who are gonna go real sugar... I am against Splenda. I can't wait to try! Maybe my kids will love them too!0

Will be eating this tomorrow! With Stevia instead of Splenda. Thanks for sharing!!

Yeah I tried them and like them pretty well. They are not very filling but makes sense for the little amount of calories, even when I used a teaspoon of real sugar. I think they make a really good snack or desert personally... lite whipped topping at only 20 calories for 2 tablespoons totally worth it!0
