Yum! I made them with one whole banana, 3 egg whites. Mixed in blender. Stirred in 1/4 cup dried fruit. Poured them out small sized. Tasted very good!

I tried making these this morning and the first batch was a huge failure. I had trouble flipping them, and they were runny and wouldn't cook all the way through. I couldn't even choke down more than 2 bites. I think my problem was that I didn't fully mix the mashed banana and egg whites together.

Second round: I used 1 medium banana, 3 egg whites, and 1/3 cup oatmeal and threw it all together in my magic blender. The consistency was much more like a normal pancake. Although it was a little bland eating them alone, when paired with some juicy strawberries, they were quite good.

Because of the oatmeal, the calorie count was much higher, and they're no longer low carb/no fat, but I think the oatmeal will keep me filling fuller for longer. Plus, I only managed to eat 2/3 of them before I got too full. Next time I'm going to try a smaller version of the recipe, and maybe try decreasing the oatmeal as well.

I made this for breakfast!~ I love the taste and they are really filling! I do not think that everyone will like the texture. They are a tiny bit wet on the inside, but I think I will be making them often.
