Thank you Barbie! We depend on you for our monthly fresh start and inspiration. Brava for capitalizing on recent familiarity with going into town. Stocking up before the forecast storms is just what we do . . . ;)
Kim, WOW! I’ll let my friend T know about homeowners’ insurance, as she’s recently set up a trust.
Carla ((hugs held extra long)) That sure happened quickly ((hugs))
Lisa Audrey Hepburn and Sophia Lauren? I can see it! Reba McIntyre  “25 days straight”? Inspiring!!!
Margaret bet your electrician loves the homework
you’ve done. Regularly cleaning the dryer vent is great fire protection.
Rita thank you forever for “what would you have done differently” or “what do you think should be done.” Now if only I can remember to ask them before unleashing the wrath of me.
Lanette I’d love to see Rosie and the hens talking on YouTube!
Debbie imho you are NOT “stupid for staying and putting up with it” but just doing the best you can at the moment. Proud of you for keeping up with your walking.
Rebecca please drink an extra lot of water to help flush out the toxins released by that massage.
Belated happy birthday Sue in WA!
Kylia glad to hear your Granddaughter helped and your son? in law is coming to work. That’s what keeps family businesses going.
    Ginny, safe travels!
Machka that coloring looks like a photograph!
Allie that latest pic of Delia is the very very best!
Beth wire in area not anesthetized? OW! Yours to Debbie, loving and true.
Carol brava for continuing the house walking. Do you grind your teeth all the time on that med or just when sleeping? Would the primary care refer you to a psychiatrist? Recently reminded my nephew that emotional health is every bit as crucial to your well-being as physical health. ((hugs))
Fun: Can you think of anything fun that doesn’t involve moving the body?
Today’s gratitude: apple last night instead of chocolate.
Year end detail: Avg wt UP to 132.2 from Dec 130.9 but down from Jan 23 133,0. Avg steps 5993 better than Dec 5305 and Jan 23 5066. 39% AF days better than Dec’s 29%.
Thanks to all for me leading to Cas the Clutterbug. Listened to her early podcasts while tackling the OMG room. Thinking about valuable real estate, liking my house better if I gave it some love. Alas, starting clean and fresh is impossibly overwhelming. Instead I'll try to purge/organize and deep clean one room at a time. This month it's the OMG study/crafts/office/exercise equipment/music room, chaotic scene of recent disasters. Day one progress:

    Later, lighter, lovelies!

    February focus: OMG room
2025: Chose NOW: to move more than yesterday, fuel better than yesterday, open heart and mind before mouth.

margaretturkSounds like you're healing up well! Ice is scary to me, also all of my shoes are kind of smooth bottomed, so I normally just don't venture outside if its icy.

It is sad what I put up with daily and never say a thing. Like hearing "I love you" from him but he isn't talking to me-it is to the cats. I hear it constantly but to me, twice in the past 4+years. It hurts but he doesn't even see what he is doing.

I really am doing the best I can with the situation. Do I wish things were different, of course, but no matter how much I want certain things, they just are not meant to be.

    So what makes you stay?

I'd much rather be alone than put up with what you put up with.

10th January was my 10th anniversary on MFP. I did have a streak of 3200+ until MFP removed the newsfeed earlier this year, when it reset to zero.

    Terri ☘️

My streak is still continuing. Your streak wasn't dependent on the newsfeed. It's just dependent on you simply opening MFP every day ... or leaving it open on your computer.

    Today, mine is at 3500.
