Tracking my exercises

I'm a member of F45 and cannot figure out the best way to log my exercises. We do so many different movement in a 45 minute span it's impossible to track. Any suggestions.

I don't know what that is. If you want to enter calories, look under Cardiovascular and enter total session time for Strength Training or maybe there's a HIIT there or something applicable. If you want to track weight/reps for progression, Google Sheets, or FitNotes is good.

From what I know, F45 are 45-minute "functional" workouts which focus primarily on HIIT protocols and a variety of circuit training, either bodyweight or with DB's, some days cardio-focused, some days strength-centric, with several stations throughout the workout doing different things and then rotate to the next.

Personally, I would enter calories as calisthenics.
