    Mon: 1126 calories burned (walking, running & eliptical)
    Tues: 603 calories burned (walking & bike riding)
    Wed: 566 calories burned (hiking & running)
    Thur 771 :calories burned (walking & running)
    Fri: 576 calories burned (how they were burned)
    Sat: 368 calories burned (walking my dog)
    Sun:1221 calories burned (dogwalk, eliptical & treadmill)

    Howdy!!! Everyone is doing so well this week!!! GO, GO, GO, GO!!!!:smile:

    Weekly Goal: 5,000

    Mon: REST day
    Tues: 1,268 (Jogging 4.57 miles; Lower body exercises; biking 5.41 miles)
    Wed: 88 (Light Calisthenics--not feeling quite 150% today)
    Thur: 720 (Ran over 4 miles on treadmill--still not quite 150%, but feeling much better today)
    Fri: 758 (Biked 10 miles; ran on treadmill 1 mile; light calisthenics)
    Sat: 783 (Ran over 3 miles on treadmill)
    Sun: 1,034 (Ran 6 miles)

    Total: 4,651
    Left to go: 349

    I'm short by 349. Still gonna try to burn them before midnight tonight. I need to borrow some from lstnlondry, hee, hee, hee.:bigsmile:

    I didn't make it this week. I will try again next week. My son, Ody is still in the hospital in the ICU with pneumonia and my husband stays with him and I am at home with my 17 month old. I try to go visit is often as I can but it is hard because little brother isn't allowed in the ICU. Fitting in exercise is difficult right now but I have to keep trying. I hope next week is better and my son comes home soon.
