The March 2025 Edition of the Ultimate Accountability Challenge (UAC) is now open and ready to welcome you! The UAC is a positive and supportive community with old and new members from all over the world. We focus on three simple daily actions that can create big life changes.
The “challenge” portion is simple. Whether you are in weight loss mode or, like many of our members, committed to maintenance, we invite you to join us in building healthy habits through a daily check-in:
For every day, this check-in answers three simple questions:
1. Did you track your food, snacks, and caloric drinks?
2. Did you stick to the daily calorie goal you set for yourself?
3. Did you incorporate at least 20 minutes of intentional physical activity? Please do not let this scare you from joining… everyone starts with something they are comfortable and capable of accomplishing.
With up to three "pass days" (days when you didn’t meet your goals), you’re a winner for the month. Stick around until the end of the month, you’re still a champion! The worst-case scenario, you’re a learner as we offer up topics each day for discussion.
Why the UAC works:
1. It’s a stable and supportive community (The UAC has been around for years).
2. It’s a non-judgmental and non-competitive space that welcomes and supports you at any level.
3. We focus on habits rather than reporting pounds. Our discussions have been life-changing for many members.
4. Your time commitment to the UAC is up to you. You can update your check-ins as little as every three days and still be a winner, but many of us find reading and participating in our daily discussions on various topics helpful.
5. The UAC is an incredible tool for building accountability, whether you are a winner or a champion for the month.
Come on over, check us out, and please don’t hesitate to ask any questions you may have. We're here to help, and excited to meet you.

To anyone who's thinking about joining: I've been with the UAC since July of 2023, and this group has absolutely changed my life. I've lost about 70 lbs so far.
With the amazing information and support I get in the UAC, I made it through some really rough and stressful times without losing my way. As a member of this group, I have learned how to plan my meals, how to eat in order to keep my body and mind healthy, and even how to enjoy exercise (yes, for real). I used to think that I was "just not the kind of person who enjoys exercise," and that I was always going to be obese. Now I know that I can be whoever I want, as long as I'm willing to learn what I don't know, and give myself time to practice my new skills. My health, well-being, and self-confidence have improved drastically. I'm having a blast!
I look forward to spending another month with my awesome UAC friends. Don't be shy, come check us out!3 -

Love the group good for anyone who wants to challenge themselves. Teaching self accountability has really stepped up my game as far as meeting my goals.1

The UAC is an amazing group. The rules are easy to gear toward your goals. You decide how you want to exercise and at what level of ability. You decide what method of tracking your food & exercise and you decide what your calorie allowance is best for your goals. We have a new topic of discussion everyday. That is my favorite part. It usually inspires me or challenges me or make me think. Come check us out. Give it a try. Ask if you have any questions.1

I rejoined mfp last August and was hoping I would find the ultimate accountability challenge group again. I love it because it emphasizes sticking to the plan rather than a weight loss goal, which I find very important when you are in it for the long haul. Also everyone is very nice and encouraging.1

UAC is MAGIC!
I joined back in 2017 and continued for many, many years. Took a break due to life events, and rejoined February 2025.
The daily topics are amazingly helpful & varied in February.
The three “simple” rules insure your success
➡️Track your food (keeps our minds in the game…no runaway trains…)
➡️Eat under a calorie goal that YOU set for yourself. .it can even be a different number each day. (Again helps us learn to set a calorie number &
meet it.) YOU are in charge.
➡️ Twenty minutes of movement a day (retains muscle, makes our hearts healthier, improves circulation, burns a few more calories, stress reducer, sleep better) Just 20 minutes & YOU decide on the type(s).
Try it! YOU will learn the skills you need to lose & maintain your weight.
Just 3 simple tasks per day…
YOU will thank us later, wishing you’d found UAC earlier!
Did I mention how supportive this group is??
Hope to see you in March!
Cheers,
Maddie
