    Great running @Zaxa2021 .

I hear ya @tarun_yadavA . It is so much easier just to open then door than have to drive somewhere to exercise. Hang in there. Just one more week! I do not know viviamillm.

You are really getting in the mileage @SummerSkier !

@tarun_yadavA and @chris_in_cal When we did have the newsfeed here, I would get requests from random men often. I would look and if all of their friends were women or if they didn't let me see their profile at all, I would not friend them. Now, there just isn't any reason to unless you know them from somewhere else. I still miss the newsfeed and the friends I had there that are now gone somewhere else.

Thanks @kgirlhart . Somedays, I'm not sure how I do everything either. 😮 You are doing great. Sometimes I enjoy speedwork, but haven't really done any lately either. I may need to get a plan going again once the weather gets a little bit warmer. BTW, to post without spaces, you have to do "shift and enter."

It's that first step that is often the hardest @John772016 ! Congrats on completing two workouts once you got going.

Sorry for the minor setback @Scott6255 . Hopefully you will be back to normal soon.

Congrats on completing the HM @ContraryMaryMary . You did great considering how you were feeling. Glad you enjoyed it in the end. Love the pictures. You look great!

I wanted to start logging my food again, and found a really good app elsewhere. Ya'll got me on Strava and it's pretty social. My fitness watch doesn't sync to MFP Now there are new hoops with this change in text editing. I'm feeling a pull to step off of MFP. 99% of the reason I open this app is to read this thread.

    You're doing great @daria0919 .

@chris_in_cal I do track my food on MFP, but mostly log on to see what everyone in this forum is doing. We are addictive, you know. I hope you'll decide to stay with us, but if not, I'll see you over on Strava.

    Good start @AmunahSki .

    I'm inspired by your dedication @yirara .

I wonder if someone set the temp up in the gym without management knowing @John772016 . That would probably zap my energy too. You did great.

Sorry about the empty spoiler above. I didn't realize I had posted the reply. I was trying to see if I could load a picture under the spoiler from my phone. Sometimes, the two systems work a little differently. But, apparently not. 🤣

My aunt had a birthday yesterday, so we took her out for lunch after church today to celebrate. With the time change and not sleeping well the last couple of days, I took a nap after I got home, then I took a walk on the driveway. It was nice out - about 57F (13.9C).

Afterwards, I strolled into the neighbor's field, hoping to find some spring flowers popping through, but it's too early. I did see the first boom on my periwinkle though.

Well, I looked it up and they supposedly "fixed" the issue temporarily, but now I can't get pictures to load at all.

I don't know why this is all showing as spoiler. Humm.

I'm going the other direction @Laurz9191 and I'm happy I saved some of my smaller stuff.

I need to make these keep/donate decisions right now, I'm glad you brought it up.
