    Progress @brnlow . You'll get there!

    You're doing great @kgirlhart .

Congrats on 500 miles already @SummerSkier ! I love it being lighter longer in the evenings.

    You're doing great @Zaxa2021 .

You're early morning run is impressive @Teresa502 .

Thanks @Laurz9191 . Congrats on getting rid of the clothes! Great job on the treadmill and the weight lifting sounds hard. I'm sure it made up for the shorter run.

@tri_2_lose_weight I's the queen at yo-yo weight. Just remember. If you lost it once, you can do it again. Welcome to this forum.

@John772016 Yeah for nice weather that "made" you get outside for a run.

    You're doing great @Mari33a and @daria0919 .

@quilteryoyo @Laurz9191 @Teresa502 Thank you so much for the support and advice. I'm on the hunt for a new pair of shoes. I tried slowing my pace right down for this evenings wun and found I was able to sustain for a little longer. It's not the jelly legs that get me, it's the breathing.

I wanted to see what the difference in my pace was on the way to picking my daughter up vs coming home carrying her. Apparently a fair difference, which is guess makes sense. The way home is also an incline. My other two walks today were just my usual easy walks for school run.

@Teresa502 Congratulations on your race. It sounds like it was great fun!

@John772016 Congratulations on finally getting to run outside even if only for one day! It must have felt weird after a long winter to be actually making ground ;).

Today I went to the gym and met my friend there. We did legs yesterday, so we did arms today. Today was the first day that I did my run (minus a brief warm-up) after weight lifting. It actually went quite ok. I did 15x 1 minute speed intervals, which always is veeeeerrrry tiring, plus a longish warm-up/ cool down. I ran a total of 14.6km.

    139.7/300km for March.

Well, shoot. I had a post almost ready to post and hit the wrong button somehow and went to Best Buy's website. I hate it when that happens.

Thanks @Scott6255 . I'm glad your knee is still doing okay.

I hope your test results are good @chris_in_cal .

    You're doing great @connor_manning .

    Great consistency @brnlow .

    Sounds like a great run @kgirlhart .

@CaityP27 It would be hard to carry a child uphill. I'm glad slowing down helped some. With your consistency, that should improve rather quickly.

@Laurz9191 You're doing great with the gym workouts and running! 15 intervals is a lot.

Ok, my wooden shoes just cracked (Dutch saying, meaning I'm speechless). Today running was so easy, my HR was low and my breathing was relaxed. It just worked. Today was meant to be a slow run, and by running slow and relaxed I ran the fastest 5k in ages. That's… odd.
