Post-surgery recovery - New to community

Hi all,

I just had a revision to my 19 year-old sleeve gastronomy and am using the app to track macros during my recovery. So far, this seems like it will be a great way to track my goals and stay accountable! Open to any suggestions from other WLS patients! Great to be here!

I had my sleeve on 3/5! I am tracking my food on here, too! :) You can friend me if you'd like. I'm hoping to connect with more bari-buddies!

Huge congratulations on your surgery! Even after needing a revision, I would go back and do it all again. This time, I’m committed to the food plan and getting some exercise! 15 days out from my bypass, and it’s not easy but I’m finding ways to make it work.
New discovery: mix sugar free pudding with nonfat Greek yogurt. Mind blown. 😉

The one thing that never changes regardless of what kind of surgery someone does or doesn't have is eating well and exercising. I am glad that both of you are including this along with your surgery.
