Here is my starting weight, listed below. I calculated my weight loss goal as 4.275. I know that should be rounded down but I would prefer to round up, especially since October is a longer month. So, I am setting my weight loss goal for this challenge as 5 pounds.

how do i calculate for the % lost for weekly? I put my weight for today (10-10-11)0 -
My 4% is 8.7lbs. SW is 218.6 lbs
Need to make a correction: This was by Friday morning weight...However, by Satuday morning (10/01/11), I had actually gained alot of weight. i was 224.4...I just knew this was wrong because i have never gained that type of weight overnight and plus, I didn't eat like that to warrant that type of gain. Well, it wrong correct and I have been struggling to get it back off. With that being said, my new 4% is 8.96 or 9 lbs and my SW is 224.4.0 -
