    Are you eating too much sodium though?

    Our body's need sodium to retain water.

    I personally sit between 6-12g of salt per day, depending on whether I'm cutting or in lean bulk.

    I did 22 days of 75 hard. It was the 2 a day walks I couldn’t master. Best of luck!

    I am not new here, but am new recently. I have gained a bit for the past 2 years, but have lost 7 so far. I have 10 more to lose. I came back for diary logging and accountability as well as motivation. Please add me if you would like. I am not here for dating so please don't send me private messages asking me to converse. Thank you! :) Oh by the way I'm Jody, female, from NY, age 55 going on 30 :D I like to work out daily at the gym 5-6 days a week (sometimes less), mostly strength/weight training and cardio 20 minutes or more 3 days a week. I eat very clean and healthy but like to splurge a little on weekends. Okay well sometimes I may cheat during the week if it fits in my caloric range haha.

    I'm ready for new friends! I'm a 45-year-old female from Texas with about 20 pounds to lose. But my real incentive for signing up is tracking my food nutrients so I know how it impacts my cholesterol levels. In the past, I didn't worry about what I ate so much as long as it was under my caloric goal. I realized this is not the best path forward to a healthy heart. No more french fries for me! :( Would love to follow others with the same heart-healthy goals and see what you are eating. I have done a lot of research, and have no problems sticking to the recommended daily limits, but would like more ideas from others to see what they are eating because I know I will need more meal ideas eventually.
