586 /2025 miles. Today I ran 5 miles (hills) and then ate breakfast and then hopped on the bike for 30 miles of intervals. My garmin is happy to report 1800 calories burned and the day is still young.

606 /2025 miles. Snuck in 6 miles yesterday and not my usual weekend long ride. Managed to improve my run distance to 5.25 mi though. RPM class today coming up and it's a great way to start the week.

Woo, been a while! Had to get through all the shenanigans with the loss of our cat, then get everything prepared for spring break and execute spring break itself lol - a week of camping in New Orleans was pretty danged great.

630/2025 miles. Had a free 45 min. due to a cancelled meeting, so I hopped on the bike! Easy way to sneak in miles. My run time is improving, 11:38 pace for a 4 mile hill run and my fastest miles are now in the 10 min range. Before cycling it was in the 13's. It's all thanks to the cycling. I did not change my 2x weight workout. It really is the cycling.

700 miles/2025 miles. Added 16 mi from RPM class. I put the setting on "hard" level and I think I lost 5 lbs. of sweat.
I was away on a family trip so I have an excuse. Now playing catch up!
Getting in a few miles is smarter than not getting in any at all. At least I got in 2 hrs. walking and an hour at body pump class.
