    Total for April: 32km

    Goal for April - 140km 100km 75km

    I had to lower my goal again. I still struggle with motivation. I will get over it!

    I opened at daycare this morning - had to be there at 6:30, so got up at 4:30. Way too early for me! The kids were pretty good today, even when I had 16 three, four, and five year olds by myself for about 30 min. It's just a lot to "control." 😉

    After work, I went to the gym. Arm day today. I did do a little bit better with the bench press today - 3 sets…45 # x 10 reps, 55 # x 5 reps, and 45 # x 12 reps. Also did ball slams, super sets of lateral raises and bicep curls, and converging chest press.

    I did 0.75 miles of walking before the workout and 0.50 miles afterwards. That was all I had time for since I had to run a couple of errands and have church tonight.
