      thankyou so much everyone! It's makes me so happy that I'm able to come on here and share my story with you. Everyone has a story! When it seems like you're so far from your goal whatever # it is, just remember it takes baby steps. Be patient and you'll get there!

      SO motivating. Thanks so much for sharing so many details!! I have been doing that exact same thing at the gym- burning at least 500 calories or more- and My starting weight and goal are about the same, and my body shape is also about the same! You have really helped me this Monday morning to see the end... ish :) Question: Did you usually eat back your exercise calories so that your net was 1200??
