Stag Do a confirmed success. Zero alcohol. Stayed within the diet. Still had plenty of fun. It did make working out HARRRRD today on basically no sleep and so much energy expenditure yesterday, but we got it done.
I have one more overnight stay in a hotel in a week or so, but one night is easy after last week.
This week is a work week, then a week on easy mode, and then one more work week and the last few days on easy mode too.
Feeling increasingly confident.

Big celebrations today for the check in. Weight and muscle mass went back up, but fatloss remained down. A nice drop too this close to the end. Although I expect it may slow down without intervention now that it is in single digits.
My legs are constantly tired.. but we are nearly there.

@TeeKeto Well, my soft 75 was a lot easier than your hard. I just needed to stay within my weekly TDEE - no food off limits and with the current plan could even have a weekly drink indulgence - I just figured out I would rather eat my calories than drink them - so haven't had one since day nine!

So mad to think how long we've been on this journey. I have a nice keto and vegetarian friendly feast planned and prepped for tomorrow.
Mushroom, Spinach and Fried Egg for brunch. I have a bunch of different seasonings for this.
Zucchini Noodles and Roasted Veggies with Goat Cheese for Dinner. I also made my own dressing.
Chocolate Cheesecake and Caramel IceCream. This was hard to fit within the carb and calorie allowance, but we just about got there. I will see tomorrow if any of it actually sets though..

Hotel and training successful. The training even made me a special low carb lunch and it was a full plate of tasty things which was so appreciated.
