Just thinking about the tug of war between really wanting ice cream but also wanting to be a shirt size smaller next month. I started at the cusp so I just need to stay under or do more exercise. Been learning portion control but sometimes I’m still about 100 calories over when I don’t get my exercise for the day in. Although I think I’m under if the steps thing on the app worked properly. Might just turn it off and add walking to routines. I haven’t decided yet.

I just opened the bottle of body spray my daughter got me for Mother's Day. It wasn't anything I was familiar with, so I figured I'd finally open it up to smell it. Well, it smells just like her. 😭 Now I'm spraying the whole house 🤣😍

I take these along with my other night time vitamins with my last meal of the evening.The creatine I usually take along with TMG and L-Citruline as my pre-workout. But I’ve taken creatine for many years and with and without food. Never any issues for me.

I take 400mg of the magnesium and 600mg of the L-Theanine.

I had no idea that all of the gas lawnmowers for sale had plastic decks. How dumb is that? Plastic.
Of course people need to replace the crappy plastic ones more often, more sales, mo money.My mom and I are buying my son a new lawnmower for his bday today, he’s 43 (😳👵🏻). I refuse to buy plastic, gonna cost more but I think it’s worth it.
