Breakfast --a protein bar and Fit Butters cashew almond butter blend, 26 g., after biking 8.8 miles then immediately running 1.70 miles.
Snack an hour later--60g of cinnamon roll with pecans. Special treat the hubs brought home from an amusement park trip he and our daughter took yesterday.

Toasted power-seed bread, PB, banana with chia seed sweetened with a little honey.

Steak sandwich. Diet coke. Yuk for breakfast, but too lazy to make coffee or tea; too early for drive thru, so diet coke. If I was awake, would I have thought of water? Yes, I do drink water sometimes.

Three eggs and a tablespoon of milk scrambled in a low carb flour tortilla wrap. With a latte I make at home.

I am having 2 scrambled eggs with 1/4 cup cheese, 1/4 cup blueberries(debating if I want the blueberries or not) and a coffee with sugar free coffee creamer 😋

Still enjoying my bowl of Quaker Oatmeal Squares (Honey Nut this week) with lactose free milk and a banana. It is simple and fast which works best for me in the mornings. I for sure notice a difference in my mood and energy levels when I do and do not eat. I also have noticed I am less likely to binge later on if I eat.

Plain Greek yogurt, 100 g, with a serving of homemade apple crisp and blueberries.
We had people over for dinner a few nights ago so I made dessert. Now I'm trying to use it up. The recipe is too sweet for me but plain Greek yogurt is the opposite and together they work.

Huge chocolate chip cookie at 3am. Bacon,egg,cheese biscuit, fried potatoes, diet coke about 10 am. 1200 calories before noon. I'll never lose weight this way.

2000 quick add calories at 3 am. More at 10 am. Then came the cookies. No real food yet at 7 pm.
