I do weigh ins once or twice a week.July 8 210 surprised by this number. We just flew to ny and back and i know that can make you bloated. Iβm also pms-ing. Need to focus and do better this month.
July 13 209 I have had headaches and migraines all week. I know some of it is from allergies. Hoping this week my head feels better and Iβm not so fatigued I can workout.2 -

@HappyDonkey75Β I used to do crazy workouts back in my 20's and 30's, morning and night. I don't know where that motivation and energy came from. I admire anyone that wants to do that, but it's no longer for me either. Lifting a heavy kitten, lmao! And thank you for the kind words, I am definitely trying.

Not losing but not gaining. My meal plans have been good but I'm not doing great with snack plans. So this week, my goal is sticking to my snack plans.
We got 2 kittens this week. They are adorable but into everything.
Work moved from 4 hrs a day to 6 hrs this week. It feels really weird to be there every day after being away for so long.

I got home and was tempted for a bowl of ice cream but thought better The drops have definitely decreased. Things were really humming along for me for a couple weeks there.. I knew it would come to a stop but wish it hadn't quite yet.
This was a three day weekend for me and it flew by. I had a to-do list a mile long and mostly got through it all in preparation for my sister coming to stay with me. My youngest brother is also coming for a visit. I haven't seen him in two years. We finally got the pool up and running. It took three days to fill it since we tried to be careful about running the well for too long at a time. We would run it for four hours and then a few hours breakβ¦
I got lucky on a quick unplanned shopping trip in search of new hiking boots and found a pair that were comfortable on clearance. This rarely happens for me since my foot size is so common so I felt pretty lucky on saving myself over $30 dollars!
A busy week ahead and I did not get meal preps done but I have alot of salad stuff on hand. Just need to get my proteins cooked.. That will have to be a Monday thing.

My scale really bounced around this morning. I got a lower reading, but I'm going with the mid-reading. I walked 2.5 miles both Sat and Sun. I have a very hectic next couple of days, so it may not be possible to workout at that level, but I'm going to try to stay on track with calories. Lack of sleep is my biggest issue, but I'm trying to dial back my sleep time. I still wasn't asleep until after midnight last night. I need to up my water as well; I've been slacking on that the past few days.

Yikes. This is the very upper limit of what might be normal weight gain over a month. Any more and thereβs a problem. Have to tighten up my approach and see if that helps. Weβre getting hit with multiple heat waves and poor air quality, so outdoor exercise is not feasible.

Well the few days inpatient I was expecting was a miscommunication, I'll be here 4 weeks for treatment to put me in remission long enough for upcoming stem cell transplant. I processed the change and moved forward. However, being on continuous fluids has me up 10 lbs since Sat! I know it will come off but geez! Still feel fine and in good spirits. Have my laptop and am working since I feel well and don't want to waste sick time or vacation time LOL.

7/15- 155.0Very odd considering my scale shows my body water at a higher level than I have had for the last week. I have always assumed that if my body water level is high, that would mean I am retaining water and therefore an uptick on the scale. I am at 47.4% today, and for the last week I have been running 46.9-47.1 range. Maybe I am more hydrated and flushing things better? Might have to dig into that further.
@ManifestingToday - nice downward trend you have going! Whatever your doing , it seems to be working.
@tishsmith101 Working while your dealing with major health issues .. women are tough , aren't we? Don't overstress yourself but I can see why having a little work to do might help focus on other things. Β
dannytrees1Β - We got lucky and got some rain last night and predicted cooler temps for next several days , which should help delay our fire season. We have been so so dry.. Your smart to not work too hard in the smoke, so bad for our respiratory system.
I am sad however that we now have our pool all set up and ready to go but the weather is definitely NOT pool weather and won't be for a few days.
Got to see my brother yesterday for a few minutes. He told me I look anorexic π£π (I am a long ways from that π but I will take it as a compliment I guess) He unfortunately has gotten way too heavy, given his job where he sits for many many hours . He said he has lost some weight and is working on losing more. He's never been one to be much for active healthy lifestyle. He takes after my dad's side and loves his not so healthy meals. I have never seen him so heavy and am worried about him given our family heart history.

7/16- 155.6- walk 2.0 miles, weighted vest, absJust took a walk last night as exercise, otherwise I was feeling pretty lazy , distracted with other things and generally unmotivated yesterday for a workout.. I know it always comes down to discipline for me but yesterday was an off day all the way around. This afternoon I felt myself slipping into the lazy feeling but opted to go get my workout clothes on and drug my sorry butt out the gym, dove into some podcasts, threw on the weighted vest and got myself onto the treadmill. I wrapped up and did a few ab exercises. My energy has been pretty low lately and I am not sure why. Hormones fluctuations? not enough calories? hard to say.. but I want to done with whatever this weird cycle is.

Weight from fluids is coming off and I can see my ankles again LOL. Also I started ordering less food while in the hosp. They offer way too much so I'm choosing carefully since I'm only getting in mini walks for about a mile a day.

My new scale keeps showing increase after increase! Well I guess I couldnβt have gained 4 pounds in 5 days so Iβll just take it in stride.
I went to my HIIT boot camp class on Tuesday. It was really HARD!! It focused on the core which is difficult for me. I was exhausted. Iβm going to go to the 2 remaining classes but after that I will return to my more manageable workout routine.
