Would you believe I had to Google what a Dutch baby pancake was? π€¦ββοΈπ Is it nice? Doesn't it look just like a giant Yorkshire Pudding that we have with our roast dinners? Also would your body cope well with eating a Dutch baby pancake right after fasting? π³π

Wouldn't I agree? Doesn't the lack of cheese in a Dutch baby pancake suggest it is unlike a quiche? Isn't it closer to a "failed" soufflΓ©, but still delicious? And isn't it also a little like French toast without the toast?

Yes indeed, they do, and haven't I wondered if there's a way to make them a little fluffier and more stable? Maybe by whisking the egg whites, and adding some secret ingredient? π€

May I suggest brown sugar? Does it raise your eyebrows to know I will enjoy a spoonful of brown sugar, just brown sugar, every time I prepare a recipe which involves the ingredient? Or does it disgust you, the way it drives my daughter bananas?
