I hope July goes better than June as far as mobility. I had major knee and back pain issues in June and my walking etc was very limited. Now things are more normal and I hope to get out and move more. I have 8 lbs left to my goal wt which will be -73 lbs when I get there in hopefully late august. My goal for July is -1.0 lb per week. Have a great month everyone.Β

07/20 β 187.8 π (Trend Weight β 190.4)I was slowly bringing the numbers down this past week and then I had a big whoosh a couple of days ago. I did have a high weight day after some travel but I managed to even it all out and begin progress again. That whoosh really helped! I am feeling pretty good about the days ahead (Except for upcoming Tuesdayβs long day of travel). I think I can get this number a little lower for next weigh in. I am still 2.8 lbs over my goal for this month and I really donβt think I can reach that in time for my final weigh-in on July 31st but I am going to get as close as I can.
π₯π₯π₯ 07/27 β 186.2 β (Trend Weight β 188.9) My weight jumped back up mid-week after my travel day and my DGSβs surgery but Iβve been slowly getting it back down. I do like the way my trend weight is dipping. I love it when it has faith in me and my future! Iβm going to stick to my guns and keep at it while I have the momentum. If you are handed the ballβ¦..Run with it! My goal for the month was 185.0. I donβt think I can lose another 1.2 lbs in the next 4 days for my final July weigh-in. Not after the drops Iβve made the past few days. But Iβll put the biggest dent I can in it and try not to self-sabotage, which is always a real danger.

I didn't do as well as I hoped, but at least I'm in the 50s. My next goal is stay there or lose 4 to 6 lb in the month of august. Thanks so much for this challenge. July 30: 179.8When I started this journey, my goal was to get back to 160lbs. These last 20 lbs have been a struggle. No real progress since mid-April. BUT, I feel great. I'm still working towards my goal and since my journey started, I've lost 61.4lbs. I've just started going to the gym with a friend twice a week to work on building muscle and even though there hasn't been much movement on the scale in a while, that also means I'm not regaining the weight I worked so hard to lose. Slow progress but still staying positive and motivated!

π₯π₯π₯ 07/31 β 188.8 β (Trend Weight β 188.1) As you can tell by my falling trend weight that I had a huge overnight jump up in weight after traveling yesterday. Sittingβ¦. Restaurant foodβ¦.. all the usual day travel stuff. Iβve been doing pretty well in July, especially the 2nd half. I just have to focus on getting this sudden jump back down and keep moving forward. See you all in August. 0.2 lb loss for the month based on today's scale weight .
