    homemade overnight oats which has 4 different seeds included, topped with strawberries, a few raspberries from the garden and a dollop of Greek yogurt

    1. 2 boiled eggs,🥚
    2. A tiny piece of boiled no-skin chicken breast, 🍗
    3. A tiny slice of wholewheat bread, 🍞
    4. Carrot & cabbage salad, 🥕🥬
    5. Pomegranate seeds, 🍎
    6. Double Espresso with 1 teaspoon if stevia sugar, ☕️
    7. Lots of water prior all of this.💧

    Feel very full, And still it is in a nice light range of some 400 kcal! 🥰

    Two cups English breakfast tea with milk, a Pure Protein bar, an apple, and 2 ginger chocolate dipped cookies (I'm on vacation). Still under 450 calories.

    2 eggs and some egg whites scrambled, 2 slices of honey oat toast, and 1/2 an avocado. I think I am going to drop the toast to one slice though. Was a little too much food but I want to keep the protein from the eggs and the fiber from the avocado at these levels.

    I was craving carb…I had a sausage roll, cheese sandwiches, baked breaded thigh and a cup of coffee. I think I took too long to eat after my workout.

    2 egg vegetable and cheese omlet and coffee (313 cal)

    20 oz coffee, 2T mocha creamer, 2 large eggs, 28g Mozzarella, bell pepper, onion, tomato and seasonings. (only the creamer is estimated)

    first meatless breakfast today!🥰

    1. Alpro soy milk,
    2. Chia seeds,
    3. Pumpkin seeds,
    4. Pomegranate seeds,
    5. 0% greek yoghurt,
    6. Lizi’s low sugar Granola.

    Breakfast is around 500kcal, overall day below 1,200kcal - feel light and beautiful 💖🦋

    Chicken, veg and mixed legume soup.

    Big fan of soup for breakfast. It hearty, filling, warming, easy and gets a good variety of nutrients in to start the day.

    I was running late for work, so grabbed Tim Hortons. Small iced coffee, one hashbrown and one croissant.

    Yesterday I had 2 slices of protein bread and 3 boiled eggs with a coffee. It kept me full for a while, so I wasn't having cravings.
