homemade overnight oats which has 4 different seeds included, topped with strawberries, a few raspberries from the garden and a dollop of Greek yogurt

- A tiny piece of boiled no-skin chicken breast, 🍗
- A tiny slice of wholewheat bread, 🍞
- Carrot & cabbage salad, 🥕🥬
- Pomegranate seeds, 🍎
- Double Espresso with 1 teaspoon if stevia sugar, ☕️
- Lots of water prior all of this.💧
Feel very full, And still it is in a nice light range of some 400 kcal! 🥰

2 eggs and some egg whites scrambled, 2 slices of honey oat toast, and 1/2 an avocado. I think I am going to drop the toast to one slice though. Was a little too much food but I want to keep the protein from the eggs and the fiber from the avocado at these levels.

I was running late for work, so grabbed Tim Hortons. Small iced coffee, one hashbrown and one croissant.
Yesterday I had 2 slices of protein bread and 3 boiled eggs with a coffee. It kept me full for a while, so I wasn't having cravings.
