this is my breakfast mon-fri sometimes all weekend too. Something about it seems to just really work for me. Sometimes I’ll throw in a 25g of granola or handful or strawberries to mix it up a bit. It’s a super start to my day and keeps me full till around 1300-1400 even during intense work days.4 -

130g greek yoghurt (0% fat), scoop of protein powder, 10g psyllium husk, and 30g each frozen fruits: raspberries, mango, pineapple, blueberries, cherries, and a 20g scoop of mix of chia, milled flaxseed, sunflower seed, sesame seeds.

Currently making a healthy version of a full English. Off to a music festival all day so this is breakfast/lunch with enough cals for something at a food truck later!

24 oz. Fresh squeezed Orange, apple, strawberry, grape, lime juice with 1/8th cup sugar. Two hours later. double shot decaf espresso latte (with planet oat milk).

I've begun protein- enhancing. Two eggs, coffee. Usually i have nothing and won't eat till mid afternoon

Same here (as for eating later). I've been working all morning lately, though, so finding it easier to eat beforehand to avoid wanting pricey cafe croissants!

2 eggs and 1/4 egg whites scrambled with 1tbls of cheddar cheese, 2 sliced of whole grain toast, and 1/2 an avocado.
A bit higher in calories then I would normally want so going to drop to 1 piece of toast (70 calories) and 1/4 an avocado (54ish calories).
