    Does your wife also track?

    I’d like to get my husband to focus on weight just a little bit. He’s crept up to 200 (and maybe a little bit more). He used to be more like 180-185. It used to be that he’d gain weight in the winter and lose it in the summer. Over the last few years he’s just gained in the winter and stays the same in the summer = weight slowly going up.
    Any suggestions on how to encourage him are appreciated. I learned a long time ago that overt instructions/direction or ‘nagging’ will not work.
    I had been thinking that he’d lose some just because I’m tracking, but that hasn’t happened.

    Congratulations on the 70lbs loss!

    Good on you to keep tracking and jumping on the 9lbs before they turn into 90lbs! (If you know what I mean)

    9lbs in 80 days is doable. And if you do t get there in 80 days, then you’ll get there in more days. It takes the time it takes.
