Confidence in my body during my weight loss journey!

Hey everyone! My name is Kyle! Before starting my weight loss journey, I weighed in at approximately 260lbs. My weight today now stands at 187.2 lbs! My goal weight is about 170lbs or so and then try to reverse diet so I can eventually start gaining some muscle. I’ve never been confident in my body, always belittling myself and negativity talk about my body. Instead of fueling that into motivation, I binged eat instead. But now, I’ve been on my weight loss journey for about 2-3 years now. I’ve stopped here and there, binge eating then not, but now I’m here to stay and lose the weight for good! I now have an online personal fitness coach who talks to me every day to make sure I stay on track! I just bought this awesome blazer today Thats a size medium. I wouldn’t have ever been able to fit in a medium blazer or shirts ever if it hadn’t been for my determination to succeed! I’m done binge eating and relying on food for comfort! I want to look good, feel good, and be healthy! I’m gonna beat this fight and I hope you guys can too!
