Old newbie
Howdy, all! My name is Anna, and I’ve been on and off this train so many times in my adult life. Usually, I get healthy and lose weight, become complacent with my progress, then slowly fall off until I gain more than what I had lost and start the cycle all over again. I’m currently the most I’ve EVER weighed, at 193lbs. I’m a 27 y/o female, and I’m 5’7”. Im a nurse and my activity level depends on my job, and right now I love what I do but it’s a lot of sitting and downtime. I’m tired of feeling like crap and eating like crap and looking like crap! Here we go again 👍🏻
