    @MercyRoth I loved acupuncture when I was having it regularly! Do you do regular treatments?

    -3lbs this week. I'm not feeling this morning workout thing but, I know I need to do it.

    Home from the hospital last Friday, now waiting for my body to respond to treatment. While I may be more tired than I'd like, I want to restart some small strength training and use my elliptical at lunch even if 5-10 min a day this week. Goodness knows I ate enough Oreos yesterday to motivate me LOL.

    Hubby and I attempted winterizing the camper yesterday. Water pump not working right so down the YouTube rabbit hole we went. That ended up being my exercise LOL. Going to grab my 5 lb weights right now to do some sets during the day 😊

    Pork loin for dinner tonight!

    My minimum “walking for exercise” number should be close to 3 miles a day or 7,500 steps. Plus a daily yoga practice (YWA) for 30 days of September.

    Yesterday, I started the tried and true healthy eating style today to prevent cardiac disease, and HBP - DASH-Mediterranean. I think it will be a good way to reset going into October and incorporate more vegetables and fruits, nuts and good oils into my diet. Also weigh and measure portions.

    Weights today - forcing myself to go but it is done. Have stopped logging food everyday as it doesn't seem to make a difference whether I go over calories or not and it means i'm not over-focussing on food all the time. Will see how it goes and maybe I can face it again next month. Tomorrow I'm going 10 pin bowling - been 30 years since I last went so I hoping I don't make a fool of myself!

    Ten pin bowling yesterday was fun although my ability to knock down pins (or not!) was wildly inconsistent. The choice of bowling balls wasn't very good - I have really small hands so had the choice of a 6 or 7 pounder. I would have preferred something slightly heavier but when I tried the small 8 it slipped out of my fingers. Well, that's my excuse and i'm sticking to it. Weights again this morning; it is sunny but a bit chilly here.

    Why?? The wild swings in weight this month are so confusing. I’m going g to try another 24 hour fast starting Sunday evening.
