What’s your go-to peptide stack for learning / research right now?

Curious to hear what everyone is using. What’s your current go-to peptide stack for learning, focus, or research purposes? Looking for both protocols and experiences!

I supplement with Glutathione ..
Not technically a peptide but a coenzyme/ I also use NAD+
I’m interested in GHK-cu for skin but haven’t used it yet.
@CarterPierce99 - what is your experience with peptides? Doing research?

Solid advice, diet really is the foundation. Even the best peptides or supplements can’t outdo consistent nutrition.

That’s a killer combo, Retatrutide plus clean eating and no booze will definitely show results fast. Discipline > shortcuts every time.

Yeah, mainly doing research and experimenting with a few. Mostly recovery-focused ones like BPC-157 and TB-500. Haven’t gone deep into cosmetic ones yet but GHK-Cu’s definitely on my radar.

Would second the whole foods. You can spend a whole lot of money on supplements out there that do nothing but break the bank! Eating the real stuff is much better for you.

yes for sure. You don't have to take much. Just enough to allow you to take in the calorie amount you desire without being hungry. People take way too much and end up with way too few calories. They might lose a lot of weight really fast but they're losing muscle too. There's no need to do that. The Reta also helps retain muscle to some extent.
I haven't experienced any side effects due to a low dose twice a week. There are tricks though you have to eat small meals and you don't want to eat within three hours of going to bed. Food stays in your stomach longer. That's the reason why your appetite goes way down. Too big of meals then you end up feeling bloated so if you use it correctly, it's an amazing thing to use.
