Coffee and Dove dark chocolates and half banana

Coffee (1 Equal packet and 1 tbsp of half n half), 2 eggs over easy with a little green onion and pepper sprinkled on them, and 1 piece of bacon.

Scrambled eggs (1 whole and 1 serving egg whites), 1/4 Avocado, Everything bagel with whipped cream cheese.

Picked up eggplant & portabella mushroom this week.
Used some in curry stir fry with (packaged coleslaw cut) cabbage, sweet onion & bell pepper saute, then scrambled in egg, hot sauce and cheese on 1/2 bagel. XXL coffee with almond milk.

I had basic pancakes made from scratch this morning with a little syrup.
Not the healthiest, but absolutely delicious!

Coffee - because it's a must (with a dash of milk/creamer combo). Since it's my day off, I decided to spend some time on my breakfast. I made an egg white omelet with feta (apparently, now I love feta), added a few slices of turkey bacon, then keto bread toast with a smidge of pepper jelly. And, of course, my favorite thing—tomatoes. Managed to keep it under 400 cal, got more than half of my fiber intake, and more than 1/3 of protein.

Breakfast burrito - Carb Balance Tortilla (for the fiber), 1 whole egg and one serving egg whites, hashbrowns, bell pepper, onion, spinach, turkey sausage, a bit of cheese, and hot sauce.
