What’s did everyone have for breakfast?

I am fairly consistent with my weekday breakfasts…. 6 espressos, egg, and English muffin. The weekend is an entire different direction…lots of donuts.

Coffee is always a must! On workdays, it's a sandwich (multigrain thins usually, deli turkey, and a slice of mozzarella) accompanied by tomato (I eat way too many tomatoes 😅). Sometimes I add low-fat cottage cheese. On weekends, it's a different story - I have more time to cook. It can be eggs in various shapes, oatmeal with fruits or berries. Occasionally, pancakes or waffles, but then I have to add longer exercise for that day (not to feel guilty for my gluttony 😂).

coffee with vanilla protein powder, hard boiled egg, half an apple, babybel cheese, and a mini croissant. It was fantastic.

Mushroom brie cheese on mini toasts, grapes, leftover chicken stir fried veg & rice. Coffee with almond milk. Tea plain.

Black tea with milk and a 90 calorie chocolate biscotti.
An hour later, 130 g. Greek yogurt with 30 g. protein granola, 5 g. dried coconut, 11 g. Redi whip, one clementine. And a square of Ghirardelli intense orange dark chocolate.

Browned 6oz lean ground beef, added a cup of frozen wild blueberries, let them cook down a bit and drizzled with honey.

My breakfast is more of a warning. This past weekend, I went to Costco and purchased a delicious cinnamon coffee cake.

Today once I get up and make it will be some frozen Kodiak Protein waffles and some sausage with some water. Need to drink my water before I make a tea.

Two scrambled eggs, asosrted roasted veggies, cantaloupe and a medium Dunkin Pumpkin Coffee with cream. The Dunkin coffee was a treat a probably the highest in calories.

Frozen breakfast wrap, microwaved: Spinach, feta, eggwhites, whole wheat lavash; two 20 oz. skim lattes.

newest favorite breakfast. Biscuits with orange/Calabrian pepper spread and prosciutto, and celery and hummus to fill in the corners.
This weekend will make a batch of carrot cake protein pancakes for next week. The last batch was lovely with sorghum syrup and homemade labneh.

A fried egg with some grated parmesan on top; 113 g. cottage cheese with 140 g. no sugar added mandarin oranges; my usual mug of black tea with milk.

Oh, I observe breakfast religiously 🤣 It's my most important meal of the day, and I never intentionally skip it. And trying to make it as nutritious as possible.

Diet ginger ale, water, Gatorade, jello and chicken broth. I’m fasting for a colonoscopy.

I had a Jimmy Dean Sausage Egg & Cheese Croissant (like most mornings). Of course I chase that with a bit of water.
